Odoo Marketplace Vouchers by Webkul enables you to create these vouchers/coupons for the products of the marketplace. It also helps you to generate good sales and profits and increase customer’s interest on your website.

FEATURES

Odoo Marketplace Vouchers Module enables you to create vouchers/coupons for the products of the marketplace.
You can manage the seller coupons from the Odoo Seller Dashboard backend.
The seller of the marketplace can also generate the coupon code for their own products.
A seller has access to generate single or multiple coupon codes at a time.
You and even sellers can specify the validity of the vouchers.
The module enables you to check the voucher history of its own coupon.
A seller can set the coupon value and number of available coupons for all the customers.
A buyer of the marketplace can use coupon discounts.
Customers can add coupon value from the different sellers in the seller’s product.
A seller can specify the product on which the created voucher will be applicable.
A seller can check the credit and debit of vouchers using history.

INSTALLATION

Once you have purchased the module from our Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the zip file of the module.
Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘marketplace_voucher’.
Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
Now, open the Odoo and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode. You can activate the developer mode by typing ‘debug’ after ‘web?’ in the URL as well.
Now, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List’.
In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘marketplace_voucher’.
You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

Admin View

Once the installation is completed of the Odoo Marketplace Vouchers Module, login as admin and visit the Odoo Seller Dashboard app backend and follow the path Gift Vouchers>> Seller Vouchers.

Here, you can see the list of all the seller vouchers. Click on the ‘Create’ button to create a new voucher for a seller.

Now enter the details regarding the voucher such as the name of the vouchers, coupon to be used in, for whom will be the coupon created, marketplace seller to whom the voucher is assigned, voucher validity, voucher applicability date and expiry of the coupon.
Pricing details such as voucher value whether to be in fixed amount or percentage and total availability of voucher can also be edited through this page.

You can also create vouchers either for all the products for specific products of the marketplace. For specific products, select limited products for which you want to create vouchers.

After all the details are saved a unique code for that particular voucher will be generated.

Note: Being an admin, you have the right to edit or delete the seller’s voucher as per your wish.

After that, follow the path Gift Vouchers>>Vouchers History.

Here, you will be able to see the voucher histories of your sellers. Click on any voucher to see it in a detailed view.

Seller View

The seller can also create vouchers for their products from the backend. For that, follow the steps below.

Here, the seller can see the list of all their vouchers. The seller can click on the ‘Create’ button to create a new voucher for their products.

Now, enter the details regarding the voucher such as the name of the vouchers, coupon to be used in, voucher validity, voucher applicability date, and expiry of the coupon.
Pricing details such as voucher value whether to be in fixed amount or percentage and total availability of voucher can also be edited through this page.

After all the details are saved a unique code for that particular voucher will be generated.

After that, sellers can also view their old vouchers by following the path Gift Vouchers>>Vouchers History.

On the checkout page of the website, the customer has to enter the voucher code to get the benefit of that voucher. Click on the link ‘Click here‘ to see vouchers available for that product.
