INTRODUCTION

Odoo Marketplace Vouchers provide the business with an upgrade on their Odoo website for vouchers and redeeming for customers. Such an upgrade helps the business to bring more traffic engagement of customers. 

It helps the business to easily track and create vouchers for their customers and encourage them to purchase more products on their business website.

INSTALLATION

1. After purchasing the module Odoo Marketplace Vouchers, a link will be provided to download a zip file.
2. Extract the file and a folder named ‘marketplace_voucher’ will be visible.
3. Copy the folder to the Odoo add-ons path.
4. Open the Odoo app, and click on settings. Then, Click on Developer Mode.
5. Now, open the Apps Menu and click ‘Update Module List’.
6. At the search bar, remove all filters and search  ‘marketplace_voucher’.
7. And Click on Install for installation. Kudos!

WORKFLOW

Admin View

1. After the complete installation of the module Odoo Marketplace Vouchers, navigate to Vouchers & Coupons > Vouchers Section to create vouchers.

2. Click on new to create a voucher

3. Fill up the required details and click on Save.

3. On the Voucher Section, you can view the created vouchers and if the voucher date is expired it will be highlighted with red.

5. To create a Voucher template that can be used to swiftly create a voucher. Navigate to “Vouchers and Coupons > Voucher Template” And Click on New. To create a voucher template.

6. Fill Up the details required and click on the save button.

7. To View the Voucher history of their use. Route to “Vouchers and Coupons > Voucher History”.

8. Here you can also view further details of the created voucher and how it is been used.

Sellers Side View:

1. To use the module from the seller side. Login with seller credentials and Odoo will make you land directly to the “Sellers Dashboard”.

2. On the Sellers Dashboard page click on the option “Gift Vouchers” Odoo Navbar. And route to “Gift Vouchers > Sellers Vouchers” to view and create new vouchers.
3. To Create New Vouchers Click on New. Now  Configure the required details for the voucher as we follow in the admin side and click on Save.

4. To see the Voucher history and its activities, Route to “Gift Vouchers > Voucher History”. There you can see all created voucher activities and records.

Website View

1. To access the created voucher and its functionalities, route to the product page by selecting a product from the website front.

2. Now click on add to cart and proceed to the cart. There you can see the options to use the vouchers.

3. Click on “Click here, to see your available vouchers” . Which then show you all the vouchers created from the backend.

4. Copy the voucher code and apply it to the box where it says “ Enter the coupon code” . And Click on Apply

5. Then the discount on the product offered by the created voucher will be visible.Now Click on the Checkout button to proceed with payment.
6. At the final checkout page. The applied discount on the product and its total amount to be paid will be visible. Now select the preferred payment method and click on Pay Now.

7. After Paying Successfully the payment success page will appear.

8. You may also find the applied discount on the receipt from the “My Account > Orders.”
