    Webkul AI-Driven Product FAQ for Shopify

    Webkul AI-Driven Product FAQ is a wonderful application that enables you to add FAQs for products as well as general FAQs for your store. You can add a dynamic different FAQ for each product. You can customize the color and width of the FAQ block from the backend. The FAQ will be displayed on the product description page in the jQuery accordion style.

    With the help of this app, Admins can add related FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) to the products & their shop. A FAQ is a set of tentative questions that may arise in the minds of buyers about the product. Hence FAQ increases the sales as now buyers have most of their doubts sorted in the form of FAQ pre & post-purchase of the product.

    Installation

    On Landing Page, click on ‘Try Product Faq Now’ & you will find the “install” button. Enter the shop URL where you want to install the app.

    Now you need to install the app:

    After the installation, you need to buy the monthly plan available for this app. Once the payment is done for the plan, the App will be listed here:

    Configuration

    Under the configuration section,

    Set Domain Name: Here you need to enter the domain name as per the below note.

    Note: Please enter the domain name without http:// or https://. For example: example.com

    If you want AI generated FAQ then you need to configure the chatgpt configuration from this section.

    Under the API key section, you need to enter the chatgpt API key.

    After this, kindly enable this Do you want to generate a FAQ for the product using an open API key? configuration.

    How to get the Chatgpt keys?

    First, you need to visit chatgpt open AI, After visiting on the above link then need to create login

    Now, you need to go to the account section >> view APIsection

    On the API keys page, you need to click on the Create new secret key.

    Lastly, hit the “Done” button to save it

    Style

    Under the style section, you can easily configure the font, color, size, style, and so on.

    How to add Faq in bulk with AI?

    There are two ways to add the FAQ’s on the product.

    You need to go to the product section,

    On the product section please visit Import Product Chatgpt through the CSV file

    Download the sample file and follow the instructions as well after completing the CSV file then choose the file and click on upload file.

    How to import products manually?

    Here from the import, we mean importing the product from the shopify to the Webkul AI-Driven Product FAQ, to add the product faq.

    From the product section, you can add product faq manually.

    Product section >> import product >> select the product >> click on the add button.

    If the product is already added then it will show an error as per the below image.

    But if the product is imported successfully then you will get a

    After importing the product, you can simply click on the edit button and add the faq.

    How to import products in bulk for the product FAQ?

    To import the product in bulk you need to visit the Webul AI-driven product faq app >> product >> import by CSV.

    How to add the FAQ to the product from the product edit page?

    • Go to the Shopify store backend and add or edit any product as per your requirement.

    • Now click on the Product FAQ in the “More Action” menu.

    • After clicking on product FAQ you will get redirected to this page as shown in the below screenshot.

    After clicking on the app you will be redirected to the Home Page of the app.

    • Add a FAQ for the product.

    Here, there are two options available for you.

    • Add new Faq by chatgpt:
    • Add new Faq manual: If you select the manual option then you will get the below screen to add the Faq for the product.

    • In this way, you can add an FAQ on any product added to your Shopify store.

    How to add a general FAQ?

    Admin can add General FAQ i.e. frequently asked questions about his store. This will clear his customers’ doubts and thus help him increase sales rate.

    There is a very simple procedure to add a General FAQ for your store. Let’s see how to do it:

    Go to your Shopify backend >> Apps Section >> Open the Product FAQ app.

    This is where you’ll land:

    Now, when you’ll click on the General FAQ button, you’ll have a page with previously added FAQs that you can update/edit/enable/disable.

    To add a new General FAQ, click on the ‘Add New General FAQ’ button as shown in the image below:

    Now, once you click on the ‘Add New General FAQ’ button, this is what you’ll have:

    Enter the following details: FAQ Sequence, FAQ Title & FAQ Description.

    The following FAQ will be added to the General FAQ page from where you can edit/delete/enable/disable it.

    The admin can display the store FAQ on the frontend by adding navigation for his Store FAQ.

    To do this:

    Shopify Backend >> Online Store >> Navigation >> You can choose where you want the FAQ navigation to be i.e. Footer or Header of the page >> For the header, click on the ‘main menu’ option >> Add New Menu >> Name your navigation & as a link search for Store FAQ in pages >> Save.

    Steps to display your added FAQ on frontend:

    You have to follow this step only once after installation of productFAQ after that you can just simply add any FAQ without following this step.

    Go to the Shopify store backend and click on the Themes tab.

    After clicking on the Themes tab launchpad page will appear.

    Click on the product.liquid menu and paste the code given in the next step.

    Paste the following code and click on the Save button:
