INTRODUCTION

Add Product Images to the Website Quotation Reports!

Visual Representation transmits easily to the human mind. When it comes to marketing, images play a vital role. Images always attract the customer and influence them to buy. Images give brief information about the product to the customers.

It is very important to have a product image before purchasing the product. Keeping this in mind, Webkul comes up with the module ‘Odoo Website Quotation Images’. This module helps you to display the product image in the Sale order as well as Quotation reports.

Odoo Website Quotation Images module allows you to add the product images in the quotation reports. Admin can also print the product images shown in the quotation reports.

This module is user-friendly, Admin just needs to tick the checkbox of Show Image on Report while creating the quotation. This feature of showing images in the quotation can be seen while sending quotations to your customers.

FEATURES

1. It shows images in quotation for product reference.
2. Send website quotation showing product images.
3. Also print Product images in Sales or Quotation Report.
4. Adding images to the quotation influences customer to purchase.

INSTALLATION

1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘website_quote_image’.
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo Apps and then, click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on the ‘Update Modules List’.
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and then, search ‘website_quote_image’.
7. As a result, you will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

1. Firstly, login to the ‘Odoo Instance’ and go to the ‘Sales’ module.
2. Now, go to the ‘Quotations’ under the ‘Orders’ tab, create a new quotation by clicking on the Create button and by adding all the relevant information.

3. Tick the checkbox next to the ‘Show Image on Report’ and then click on the Save button to save the Configurations.

4. Now, click on the Send by Email button to send the report to the customers.

5. Here, is the Quotation report with Product Images.

6. Website Quotations with Product images.
