Odoo Functional Consultant

Role Overview

The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver, an innovative thinker, and capable of handling both functional and technical aspects of Odoo. Engage with clients to understand business requirements and provide tailored Odoo solutions. Conduct on-site/Virtual client meetings, demonstrations, and requirement-gathering sessions

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Map business processes to Odoo functionalities and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to our clients' operations.
• Collaborate with the technical team to design custom modules and integrations.
• Work closely with the technical team to design and implement custom modules and integrations.
• Provide post-implementation support and ongoing optimization of Odoo.
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to maximize efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Share knowledge and expertise with team members, contributing to the growth and development of our Odoo community.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables, adhering to our quality standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with Odoo developments, industry trends, and best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Good Communication Skills.
• Odoo certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules, architecture and Frameworks,
• Hands-on experience with Odoo configuration, customization, and integration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
