    WordPress WooCommerce Marketplace Per Product Shipping

    WordPress WooCommerce Marketplace Per Product Shipping Plugin will allow the marketplace admin and sellers to add shipping prices for each of their products from their admin and seller panel, respectively.

    Shipping Per Product is an essential feature for the admin and sellers. That’s why we have created an add-on for the marketplace.

    Furthermore, the admin and sellers can add different shipping prices for each product from their respective panels.

    This plugin apart from the Free Shipping & Flat Rate shipping is also useful where the same shipping rate of the product is applied irrespective of the country.

    Moreover, this plugin allows the admin and sellers to add different shipping prices for the same product for different Countries along with the State and Pin Code entered.

    WordPress WooCommerce Marketplace Per Product Shipping Plugin is an add-on to WordPress WooCommerce Multi-Vendor Marketplace Plugin.

    To use this plugin you must install WordPress WooCommerce Multi Vendor Marketplace Plugin.

    Features

    • Admin can Enable or Disable the plugin.
    • The admin and the sellers can configure the Countries for which the shipping will be applicable.
    • Admin can enter the Shipping Title that is visible to the customers on the checkout page.
    • The admin and sellers can enable Per Product Shipping for each of their individual products.
    • The sellers and the admin can add different shipping prices for a particular product for different Countries along with the State and Pin code.
    • On the Check-Out page, the shipping price displays the Total Shipping charges of each product and the shipping title set by the admin for the Shipping Method.
    • The admin and the seller both can add shipping options in bulk via Upload file.
    • This module is now compatible with WooCommerce’s new High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) feature.

    Installation

    The user will get a zip file which he has to upload in the “Add New” menu option in the WordPress admin panel.

    For this login to the WordPress Admin Panel and Under the Dashboard hover your mouse over the “Plugins” menu option which brings out a Sub-Menu and then select the “Add New” option.

    After this, you will see an option on the top of your page that is “Upload Plugin”, click the option to upload the zip file.

    On clicking on the “Upload Plugin” option, below that you will see a button “Choose File” click on the button to browse for the zip file as per the snapshot below.

    After browsing the file, click the “Install Now” button to install the plugin as per the snapshot.

    Now when the plugin is installed correctly, you will see the success message and an option to activate the plugin. Click on “Activate Plugin” to activate the installed plugin.

    Configuration

    After the installation, the admin will configure the WordPress WooCommerce Per Product Shipping by navigating through WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping tab -> MP Per Product Shipping.

    Here the admin can enable or disable the Marketplace Per Product Shipping and enter the Shipping Title that will be visible to the customers at the checkout time.

    After the admin has enabled the Marketplace Per Product Shipping, the admin and sellers can add the shipping method to their products.

    The admin and seller can also go directly from Marketplace > Per Product Shipping to enable and disable the Marketplace Per Product Shipping which will be visible to the customers & seller depending upon the shipping method used.

    Moreover, under Marketplace > Settings > General, the admin must either select Seller Shipping or Admin Shipping against the Applicable Shipping Methods as shown in the image below.

    Admin End Workflow (if the admin configures Seller Shipping)

    As the admin successfully installs and configures the plugin, it becomes easier for the admin to add the Marketplace per product Shipping for products.

    For this, the admin will have to create a new product or directly navigate to Products > All Products and Edit a product for which the admin wishes to add the shipping as shown in the image below.

    For instance, the admin chooses to edit the DSLR-Camera in the above image. The admin needs to click on the Edit button for the DSLR-Camera.

    The Edit Product page for DSLR-Camera will open up. The admin will have to tap on the Shipping tab so as to add the country-wise shipping for the product as shown in the image below.

    If need be, the admin can also remove or add shipping for a product. To remove shipping, the admin will have to simply click on the Remove Row tab.

    To add shipping, the admin can click on the Insert Row tab and add shipping for a product.

    Furthermore, if a product is the seller’s product, the admin can scroll the pointer to view if the seller is managing the product shipping or not.

    If the seller has created the shipping rule at their end then it will display the “Seller Rule” and if the admin created the shipping rule then it will display the “Admin Rule.”

    Configure available fields in order to add per product shipping:

    Weight: Add the weight (in Kg) of the products.

    Dimensions: Configure the dimensions for the product which shall be shipped.

    Shipping Class: Choose a shipping class that is applicable to add shipping.

    Enable Shipping Per Product: Enable Per Product Shipping for the product.

    Upload file: The admin can upload the CSV file for bulk addition of shipping methods.

    To add shipping, the admin can click on the Insert Row tab and add shipping for a product as shown in the image.

    The admin will have to enter the Country Code, State Code, Pin Code, and the Cost (for each country) that will be applicable to the product.

    If need be, the admin can also remove or add shipping for a product. To remove shipping, the admin will have to simply click on the Remove Row tab.

    Seller End Workflow

    Using the WooCommerce Marketplace Per Product Shipping, the sellers can add the Marketplace per product Shipping for the products in the seller panel. The sellers can create a new product and add shipping for that product.

    Sellers can also directly go to the Products and Edit a particular product so as to add shipping for that particular product.

    For instance, the seller chooses to edit the Blue T-shirt in the above image. The seller needs to click on the Edit button for the Blue T-shirt.

    Thus, the Edit Product page for Blue T-shirt will open up. The seller will have to tap on the Shipping tab so as to add the country-wise shipping for the product as shown in the image below.

    The sellers will have to configure the following fields-

    The seller can also Edit the Shipping per product through the seller admin dashboard.

    For that, the seller needs to open the seller admin dashboard click on the Products option as shown in the above image, and then click on the edit button.

    Thus, the seller can Enable and Disable the shipping per product as per their preference.

    Front End Workflow

    Meanwhile, the customer can choose the admin or the seller’s product and proceed to checkout.

    The customer can view the  Marketplace Per Product Shipping cost applicable for the product as shown in the image below.

    Billing-Details

    Henceforth, as the customer completes the payment for the product, on the Order Received page the customer can also see the applicable Marketplace Per Product Shipping Cost for the product purchased.

    Workflow: if Admin Shipping is chosen against Applicable Shipping Methods

    Under the Marketplace > Settings > Configuration, the admin configures Admin Shipping against the Applicable Shipping Methods field.

    In this case, Per Product Shipping, will not be visible at the seller end; because Admin Shipping shall be applicable and the admin will receive the shipping amount. 

    To check the same, the seller can log in to their panels, choose a product from the product list; and then navigate to the Shipping tab.
