Ordered Product Review for Shopware 6

Installation Using Commands

Customers will get a zip folder, then they have to extract the contents of this zip folder on their system. The customer has Copy the folder WebkulOpr to the custom/plugins directory of Shopware6. As shown in the below image:

Now open the Shopware6 application in the Terminal.

Run this command to refresh the plugin –

./bin/console plugin:refresh

Go to your Shopware installation Root directory and run this command to install then activate the plugin –

./bin/console plugin:install --activate WebkulOpr

To installing the assets(CSS/JS)

./bin/console assets:install

To clear the cache run this command –

./bin/console c:c

Now refresh the administration.

After that, visit administration Extensions -> My extensions-> Apps after you can find all the installed plugins, the ordered product review will be listed there.

Manual Installation

For the manual installation of the plugin follow the steps as mentioned below:

Step 1: In the Shopware Backend go to plugin manager by navigating through Extensions -> My extensions-> Apps after you can find all the installed plugins in it.

Step 2: My plugins page appears where all of the existing plugins are visible. Now, click on the Upload plugin button to add a new plugin to the list.

Step 3) After uploading the plugin zip, the user can see the plugin in the list.

4) Now the user can click on the install icon to install the Ordered Product Review.

5) After the installation of the plugin, the user can click to activate the plugin.

After that run this command to clear the cache:

/bin/console c:c

Now, Go to Dashboard -> Catalogues -> Review. The review button is shown on the menu.

To write product reviews, the customer must have to log in to the store. Select the order and placed the order.

After placing the order, customer go to the Order history and click on the view button.

After clicking the view button, the customer will see a new page will open. On this page, the customer will click on Your Review Button.

A new pop-up will open. The customer can rate the product.

• Your Rating – Here customers will rate your product.
• Title – In this option customers write heading of the review.
• Your Review – Here customers write a comment about the product.

Click on the Save button.

Here the admin can see all in information related to the customer.

Now, the admin can visible and comment on the customer review. After that click on the Save button.

Next, the admin can check back-end that review will visible.

Moreover, go-to front-end and see customer review and your feedback is visible on the product page.
