Extra loyalty points are added on the basis of the first time sign-up on your website. The loyalty stage is defined on the basis of the stage of the loyalty points awarded to the customer account. The stages are draft stage, done stage, and cancel the stage. Loyalty Points and stages are used to keep the loyalty record for each order.
Customers will get loyalty points when the order is created from the backend but cannot redeem these points from the the backend sale order.
