    FEATURES

    1. Odoo can import Magento 2 Products, Orders, Categories, Partners, and Delivery Methods.
    2. You can import data or use a cron scheduler from your end.
    3. Import Product information (such as category, attributes, and attribute values) alongside the products.
    4. Imports order details and order statuses with the orders
    5. This module also Imports Customer information (such as addresses) alongside the Customers.

    INSTALLATION

    1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘magento2x_odoo_bridge.’
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click ‘Update Modules List.’
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘magento2x_odoo_bridge.’
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

    WORKFLOW

    1. Login to the odoo instance and navigate to the multichannel module.

    1. Now, click the connect button to connect Magento 2 with the Odoo instance

    1. Fill in the details like the Channel name and select Channel type.
    2. Now add the credentials of Magento 2 i.e. URL, E-mail, and API Key. 

    Note: To get the Magento 2 credentials, Navigate to Magento 2.

    1. Click on “All Users” which is available in the top right section of the panel under the system tab.

    1. Click ”Add new user” in the top right section and fill in the fields like User Name, First Name, Last Name, Email, Generate and Confirm Password for the user, select interface locale, Verify yourself by entering the admin password, and make the user active.
    2. In the Section User Information, click on User Role and click on the radio button for the role you want to assign to the user and save the changes.

    1. Now, save the changes and then click on the ‘Test Connection‘ button.

    1. Go to the “Configuration” tab and configure the Magento 2 connection according to your requirements.

    Order Status Configuration

    1. You can also map order states from the Odoo configuration. Fill in the corresponding Order state of Magento 2 and Odoo in the Order-State table. You can define states like default state, create an invoice, Set invoice state, and create a shipment.
    2. You can only set one order state as default at a time (if enabled then the order state will be as mentioned by default).
    3. Order invoices get generated instantly if  ’create Invoice’ is enabled.
    4. You can set the invoice state to open or paid as per your requirement
    5. If ‘Create Shipment’ is enabled then it creates a shipment at the mentioned state.

    Base Configuration

    1. Set the default sales team, discount, and delivery products for the Magento 2 orders to manage discount and delivery charges.
    2. Moreover, set the default pricelist for the price of the Magento 2 products; set the sequence SKU for the Magento 2 products that do not have SKU.
    3. If you want to set the Magento 2 products in a default category then you can do so from the same page. Also, Set the default warehouse/location to manage Magento 2 stock
    4. If you will enable ‘Auto Evaluate Feed’ then all the feeds will be evaluated automatically while importing data.
    5. If you enable ‘Auto Sync Stock’ then there will be real-time synchronization of stocks from Odoo to Magento 2.
    6. You can enable/disable checkbox fields like Cancel, Invoice, and Shipment Status to update these order statuses from Odoo to Magento 2 in real-time.
    7. You can also check or set the last import and update date for orders, products, and customers.
    8. Set the total number of records per API hit and set the default color for the theme of Magento 2.
    9. You can save Magento 2 Tax ID and Tax Type which is required to update/import the order status from Odoo to Magento 2. Default Product Type and Language ID for product import from Magento 2 to Odoo and vice versa.

    1. Go to the Magento 2 Connector Dashboard in Odoo; from the dashboard, you can also analyze the data via line graphs, donut charts, and clickable data cards. Also, check the synchronization history and feeds from the dashboard.

    1. Then, click on the “Import” button to import the data from Magento 2;
    2. Select the object which you want to import and Filter Type to import the data. From here, you can import categories, customers, products, and orders in bulk.

    Export functions

    1. Click on the “Export” button to export the data; then, select the object which you want to export. You can export product templates and categories from Odoo.

    2. To export selected products from Odoo to Magento 2, navigate to the Products and select the product you want to export. Moreover, you can update product data manually from the same form.
