INTRODUCTION

Integrate Memebership Plans on Marketplace with Odoo Marketplace Memebership!

Odoo Marketplace Membership plans help the marketplace business to offer membership on a plan basis that encourages transparency in business.

The admin can create and monitor the membership plans for sellers that they can easily buy as per their budget and need, and can be alerted by email before expiring.

Promote Sellers on the marketplace with Odoo Marketplace Seller Badges that allow Marketplace admins to encourage Sellers for sales. 

FEATURES

1. The admin can create membership plans for the sellers.
2. They can add the images of the plans and set the amount of products a sellers can upload
3. The module allows for the integration of the terms and conditions of the plans
4. The admin can create a ‘N’ number of plans for the sellers.
5. With this module, the business admins can easily track the members who have opted for the plans.
6. Admins can change the color of the plan card which is displayed on the membership page.
7. The module automates the process of unpublishing the product once the membership is canceled. 
8. The sellers on membership expiry can only select greater or next membership plans instead of selecting lesser or previous membership plans.
9. If the membership of the seller expires, the module will automatically unpublish the products of that seller.
10. The module can send Email alert reminders to the seller before the membership plans expire in the defined number of days.

INSTALLATION

1. After purchasing the module, a link will be provided to download a zip file.
2. Extract the file and a folder named ‘marketplace_membership’ will be visible.
3. Copy the folder to the Odoo add-ons path.
4. Open the Odoo app, and click on settings. Then, Click on Developer Mode.
5. Now, open the Apps Menu and click ‘Update Module List’.
6. At the search bar, remove all filters and search ‘marketplace_membership’.
7. And Click on Install for Installation. Kudos!

WORKFLOW

Configuration:

1. Once Installation is complete, we need to configure the module to show plans for the sellers.
2. To configure the module we need to navigate to the Membership Plans option of the module. There we can create the Membership as needed.

3. To create Membership plans route to Marketplace Membership >> Membership Plan Option to make plans.

4. On the Membership Plan Option click on New to create a plan. Fill out the required details and save it.

5. To see the Marketplace members who have opted for the plans, Navigate to the Marketplace Membership >> Seller’s Membership option on the module and see the list of app-approved applicants.

6. The Admin can set the email reminder and the period for the free membership access of the marketplace for the sellers. By navigating to “Configuration >> Settings >> Marketplace”.

Sellers Side:

1. Navigate to Membership Plans in the Footer area of the website.
2. And you can see the available plans for the Sellers.

3. Once Purchased they can see their Membership Plan Status on their profile along with products they can post on the marketplace as per plan.
