Booking App for Shopify: Create Bookings

Shopify store admin panel>>Visit “Product” Section>>Select any product (or add new Product and “Save” it)>>Click “More Action”>> Click “Booking Product” from drop down.

Now, select a variant & proceed to fill in the booking product information>>”Save” the details.

Once done, you can auto-inject the codes & enable your customers to book any of those products simply by choosing their preferred slots, dates, and time zones.

In the Booking app, You can create bookings for multiple scenarios using any of the 6 booking types available in the app. 

In this manual, we will understand how to create bookings using all six booking types separately. Let’s proceed to explore bookings.

Steps to Create a One-day Booking:

Step 1:
Navigate to the Products section in your Shopify store. Select the product you want to turn into a booking product, then click the Booking Product option from the Action menu.

Step 2:
If your product has multiple variants, select the appropriate variant. Proceed by filling in any additional details

such as choosing between Single-user or Multi-user booking options and specifying the service location if applicable.

Step 3:
Set the Booking Type to One-day booking. Then, select the duration when bookings will be available for your customers.

Step 4:
You can customize the booking further by adding specific information about the service.

Additionally, you can create custom fields to gather any extra details from your customers during the booking process.

This way, you can add one-day booking to products.

Once you add a one-day booking to the product using the app, you need to do some code pasting to visualize the effect on the storefront. 

Visit the Configure Front section & add the codes to their respective liquid files. You can inject the codes both ways either automatically or manually.

Steps to create Appointment Type booking:

• Step 1: Go to the Products section of your Shopify store. Select a product & click on the Booking Product button in the Action menu.
• Step 2: Select a variant, if required & proceed to fill in additional details of the product such as Single-user or Multi-user booking & service location.
• Step 3: Select the Booking type as “Appointment Type”. Select a duration when you want the bookings to be available for your customers & Create slot timings for specific days.
• Step 4: Add custom information in case you want to display some required information about your bookings & add custom fields to take some additional info from customers.

This way, you can add appointment-type bookings to products.

Front End Visibility

Steps to create Rent Type booking:

• Step 1: Go to the Products section of your Shopify store. Select a product & click on the Booking Product button in the Action menu.
• Step 2: Select a variant, if required & proceed to fill in additional details of the product such as Single-user or Multi-user booking & service location.
• Step 3: Select the Booking type as “Rent Type”. Select a date range when you want the bookings to be available for rent.
• Step 4: Add custom information in case you want to display some required information about your bookings & add custom fields to take some additional info from customers.

• Step 3: Select the Booking type as “Concert Type”. Add Day-wise slots for the customers
