FROM MANUAL TO MODERN: TeaPlus Journey With Webkul

Tea Plus is a chain of bubble tea shops in Palestine. It is known for its variety of tea drinks and snacks. The company focus on making a friendly environment where customers can enjoy their drinks.

CHALLENGES FACED BY TEAPLUS

TeaPlus previously handled essential operations such as Sales, Inventory, and Customer Management manually on paper. It caused problems at every step, making it hard to handle sales, reports, stock, and accounting effectively. 

Since everything was managed manually, TeaPlus struggled to gather enough data to plan for growth and make better decisions.

HOW DID WE HELP

TeaPlus reached out to Webkul to discuss their challenges. After understanding their business needs, Webkul recommended using Odoo, a robust open-source ERP system, to manage Sales, Inventory, POS, Accounting, HRMS, and more at TeaPlus.

Following this, Webkul implemented Odoo 16 on Odoo.sh for TeaPlus and configured the Odoo Sales, Point of Sale (POS), Accounting, and Inventory modules to meet client-specific requirements and goals.

To improve their daily business operations, we customised the standard Odoo POS system to help TeaPlus manage their business more effectively and efficiently at the point of sale.

To customise the POS, Webkul used ready-made Odoo POS plugins from our collection to reduce custom development time and expenses. These include plugins like:

To manage customers, we connected TeaPlus with the Hadara SMS Gateway. It helps TeaPlus to communicate smoothly with its customers.

Additionally, we created a custom mobile app for TeaPlus that meets their specific design needs. This app enables customers to place orders online.

Also, we have provided the Pick Up from Store feature in the TeaPlus mobile application. To facilitate secure payment transactions, we integrated the Bank of Palestine Payment Gateway with the mobile app.

For developing the mobile app for TeaPlus, we have used our pre-build base mobile app i.e. Odoo Mobile App Builder 

We have customised the default base mobile app according to the TeaPlus requirements and business needs.

The TeaPlus Mobile App is live on the Google Play store and Apple Store.

To help TeaPlus make smarter decisions, we set up our Odoo Power BI connector. It lets TeaPlus analyse customer data directly on the Power BI Platform.
