Odoo Website Daily Deals module allows you to have a separate menu for deals and offers, where you can differentiate products that are offered at special prices. On your eCommerce website, there will be a separate page for showcasing every deal and offer.

This influences customers to grab the opportunities for making purchases and resulting in an increase in sales. To create deals and offers price computation and discounting depend upon the price list selected.

Deals and offers can be created having several discounts and offers and multiple products can be added to a particular deal having different discounts applied. A banner can be added to attract customers for different deals and offers.

INSTALLATION

1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
2. Extract the file from your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘website_daily_deals’.
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo Apps and then, click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on the ‘Update Modules List’.
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and then, search ‘website_daily_deals’.
7. As a result, you will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

Backend Configuration

1. Firstly, login to the ‘Odoo Instance’ and go to the ‘Website’ Module.
2. Now, go to the ‘Webkul Website Addons’. Click on the Configuration button next to Website : Daily Deals.

3. Here, you can declare the default configurations as required for every individual deal you create, you may put an attractive title on a page header which cannot be overridden for every deal you create.
4. Another feature is to show deal expiration message or a notification message before and after the deal expires on a pre-defined duration of time.
5. Admin also needs to select the price list for the deals and offers.

6. Now, go to the Deals and Offers under the Products menu. Click on the Create button to create new Website Deal.

7. Here, admin needs to put all the necessary information required, put the name of the deal, its title, select the start date and End end date of the Deal and offers created.
8. To override the default configurations need to enable the option and do the configurations for the particular deal individually.

9. Add customise message notification, the user need to enable the checkbox of the notification they want to show and add customised message.

10. To create a deal or an offer admin needs to add an item to it.

11. Admin selects the products from a drop down and set the price rule for discount applied on a specific deal and offer.

12. While creating a deal and offer, you necessarily need to put a banner for the deals created.

Website View

13. This is a deal and offers page on your eCommerce website where you can add a title to the page header from the default configurations of the module. All the deals and offers can be seen here.

14. Admin can hide or show the deals page from the website by simply enabling the option. Admin can easily customize the grid view of the products on deals and offers page.

15. Deals and offers with the respective products on the website.
