Magento Marketplace Seller Tax Manager module allows the seller to manage the tax from their end. Using this module seller can add new tax rate, tax class and tax rules. With the help of this module, seller can add tax according to their need.
Since it’s an add-on for the Marketplace Module, so marketplace module must be installed before installing the Marketplace Seller Tax Manager.

Installation Of Marketplace Seller Tax Manager
Installation of Magento Marketplace Seller Tax Manager module is very simple. You just need to move app and skin folder into Magento root. Please follow the screenshots for the same.
After moving both the folder, flush the cache from magento admin module. Under System > Cache Management.
Configuration Of Marketplace Seller Tax Manager
After the successful installation, admin can configure it under System > Configuration > Marketplace Seller Tax Manager.
Management Of Marketplace Seller Tax Manager
After the successful installation of this module seller can find Tax Manager tab under Marketplace menu. Like this screenshot.
Using this module seller can add new tax rates and also delete & edit them.
After click on Add New Rate, below page will open. Using this page seller can add new tax rate.
Under this field, seller can add new product tax class and also edit and delete them as per their need.
Once the seller clicks on “Add New Class”, below page will appear with add tax class name option. Here seller has to enter the class name and save it.
After creating Tax Rates and Classes, the seller can create their Tax Rules. Seller can add new tax rule using Manage Tax Rules tab.
Once the seller clicks on “Add New Rule”, below page will appear. Here seller can enter details for creating new tax rule.
When you will add any product (simple, downloadable, virtual, configurable), you can apply Tax class which is added the seller.
Please note: – The Marketplace Seller Tax Manager module will not work for assigned products, the sellers can configure tax for their own products only. The Seller Price Comparison Marketplace add-on is incompatible with Seller Tax Manager add-on.
When buyer will place an order of seller product, he can see the Tax amount under checkout page which has been added by the seller as shown below in the screenshot.
Admin Management Of Marketplace Seller Tax Manager
The installation of the module adds two new fields on the “Marketplace Management”. Refer to the below screenshot.
Admin can find the list of Tax rate under Marketplace Management > MPSellerTaxManager >Tax Rates Manager.
Admin will be able to Add “New Tax Rates” from his panel by clicking the “Add New Item” and filling up the required entries as shown in the below screenshot.
Admin can see the Tax details of each seller with Order Id and product name under Marketplace Management > MpSellerTaxManager > Tax Details
