This generates more traffic, which generates good revenue for the webstore. WooCommerce POS Pricelist is a powerful discounting tool.
It provides various discounting features which can be applied to particular products or on all products of the store. The discounted price is displayed along with the actual price on the POS, to notify customers about the discounted product.
NOTE:
- The WooCommerce POS Pricelist is an add-on for the WooCommerce POS System. To use this add-on, you must install WooCommerce POS System.
- The POS system will work with devices having a 1280 screen resolution or above. Currently, we are working on to make the POS work with up to 768 screen resolution and above.
- For mobile devices – the user needs to develop the POS application for mobiles accordingly.

Features
- Admin can add new Pricelist Rules to configure the Discount Pricelist.
- Pricelist rules may be defined for Product, Product Category, Product Variation, and Global Products.
- Discounts may be applied to a specific category or specific product or to a particular variation.
- The Pricelist Rules may be fixed or calculated on the basis of percentage.
- Admin may define the start and the end date for the Discount Pricelist.
- The POS store displays the discounted price along with the actual price.
- The buyer can easily differentiate between the discounted product and the non-discounted product.
- Set discount priority top priority discount will auto apply.
- Users can apply multiple discounts after fulfilling discount conditions based on quantity.
Installation-POS Pricelist
The user will get a zip file which he has to upload in the “Add New” menu option in the WordPress Admin Panel. For this login to the WordPress Admin Panel and Under the Dashboard hover your mouse over the “Plugins” menu option which brings out a Sub-Menu and then select the “Add New” option.
After this, you will see an option on the top of your page that is “Upload Plugin”, click the option to upload the zip file.
By clicking on the “Upload Plugin” option, you will see a button “Choose File”, click on the button to browse for the zip file as per the snapshot below.
After browsing the file, click the “Install Now” button to install the plugin as per the snapshot.
Now when the plugin is installed correctly, you will see the success message and an option to activate the plugin. Click on “Activate Plugin” to activate the installed plugin.
Backend Management POS Pricelist
The admin manages the Discount Pricelist option functionality from his account panel.
The admin may add the Discount Pricelist by tapping on the “ADD NEW” button in the admin dashboard, under the “Woocommerce POINT OF SALE>Discount Pricelist” option.
Workflow for Global Pricelist Rule-POS Pricelist
After tapping on the “Add New” tab, the admin can add the pricelist rule for POS as shown in the image below.
The admin may define Apply On as “Global” for which the pricelist rule shall apply, under “Discount Pricelist>Add Pricelist Rule for POS”.
- Discount Price Label: The admin can enter the Discount Price Label name.
- Status: Set the status as enable or disable.
- Start Date: The admin can define the start date.
- End Date: The admin can define the end date.
- Minimum Cart Quantity: The admin can define a minimum quantity such as 1, in the Minimum Quantity field.
- Compute Price Type: The admin can define the compute price type as fixed or percentage.
- Compute Price: The admin defines the price for the discount.
- Discount Priority: The admin may set the discount priority accordingly it will show on the POS end. It will applied on the POS end automatically.
- Apply On: The admin defines Apply On as Global, product category, product, and product variation so that the discount will apply to products in a POS store accordingly.
As soon as the admin saves the discount rule, the POS store displays the Global Discount Pricelist which applies to the products, on the front end.

The admin may define Apply On as “Product Category” and the Product Category for which the pricelist will apply, under “Discount Pricelist>Add Pricelist Rule for POS”.
- Discount Price Label: The admin can enter the Discount Price Label name.

- Start Date: The admin can define the start date.
- End Date: The admin can define the end date.

The admin may define Apply On as “Product Variation” and the Product Variation for which the pricelist rule will apply, under “Discount Pricelist>Add Pricelist Rule for POS”.
- Discount Price Label: The admin can enter the Discount Price Label name.
- Status: Set the status as enable or disable.
- Start Date: The admin can define the start date.
- End Date: The admin can define the end date.
- Minimum Cart Quantity: The admin can define a minimum quantity such as 1, in the Minimum Quantity field.
- Compute Price Type: The admin can define the compute price type as fixed or percentage.
- Compute Price: The admin defines the price for the discount.

Add Multiple Discount
The customer can also apply multiple available discounts on the product by fulfilling the condition based on quantity.
Note: As per the set priority for the discount, it will apply to the product.
Quantity Increase based discount
If the customer increases the product quantity then the available discount will apply automatically.
