    WordPress WooCommerce Marketplace Quote System Plugin provides functionality to the seller of the marketplace to allow the customer to quote their products.

    The seller can enable the quote system for their products. After that, a customer can send a quotation request for the products. The WooCommerce Multi Vendor Quote plugin is very useful for ordering the seller’s products in bulk.

    Using this plugin a customer can also communicate with the seller for their queries. The admin of the marketplace can also involve in the buyer and seller conversation. The admin can also change the status of the customer quote.

    WordPress WooCommerce Marketplace Quote System Plugin is an add-on to WordPress WooCommerce Multi Vendor Marketplace Plugin. To use this plugin you must have installed the first WordPress WooCommerce Multi Vendor Marketplace Plugin.

    Note: WordPress WooCommerce Marketplace Quote System is compatible with multisite.

    Features

    • The seller can enable the quote system for their products.

    • Admin can also be involved in the buyer and seller conversation.
    • Admin can also change the status of customer quotes.
    • Admin can change Quote status in bulk action.

    Installation

    The user will get a zip file which he has to upload in the “Add New” menu option in the WordPress admin panel. For this login to WordPress Admin Panel and Under the Dashboard hover your mouse over the “Plugins” menu option which brings out a Sub-Menu and then selects the “Add New” option.

    After this, you will see an option on the top of your page that is “Upload Plugin”, click the option to upload the zip file.

    Once you have clicked on the “Upload Plugin” option, below that you will see a button “Choose File” Click on the button to browse for the zip file as per the snapshot below.

    After browsing the file, click the “Install Now” button to install the plugin as per the snapshot.

    Now when the plugin is installed correctly, you will see the success message and an option to activate the plugin. Click on “Activate Plugin” to activate the installed plugin.

    Admin Configuration

    After the successful installation of the WooCommerce Multi Vendor Quote System, the admin can configure this plugin under “Marketplace Quotes > Quote Settings”

    Marketplace Quote System Settings:

    Enabled Marketplace Quote – From here, the admin can enable or disable the marketplace quote system plugin.

    Enabled Quote for Out-of-Stock Product – If the admin has enabled this option, then the customer can quote the out-of-stock products and buy the products at the quoted price, once the product comes in stock.

    Minimum expired days for quoted – Here, the admin will enter the days after which the quote expires once it is approved.

    Seller Manage Quote Tab Title – Here the admin can enter the seller manage quote tab title in the “My Account” page.

    Seller Manage Quote Tab Endpoint – Here the admin can enter the seller manage quote tab end-point in the “My Account” page.

    Customer Requested Quote Tab Title – Here the admin can enter the customer requested quote tab title in the “My Account” page.

    Quote Edit Title – Quote edit title on the “My Account” page.

    After setting all the details, the admin can click on the Save Changes button to save the entries.

    Seller Management

    The customer can quote for a product only when the “Quote Product” is enabled for that product by the seller.

    The seller can manage the quotes under “Manage Quotes”. Using Manage Quotes seller can edit the Quote and delete the quote.

    After clicking on the Edit icon the seller can change the status of the quote and can send the message to the buyer.

    Also, the seller can see the conversation between the customer and them by clicking on the Conversation tab:

    Customer-End Workflow

    When quote status is enabled for the product the customer can quote the product. It is very simple. A customer just needs to click on the “QUOTE THIS PRODUCT” button to quote a product.

    When a customer clicks on the “QUOTE THIS PRODUCT” button, a popup will appear. The customer will enter the Quote Details of the products.

    Quantity – Here, the customer will enter the product quantity.

    Enter Price per item – Here, the customer will enter the individual price per item for which he wants to quote.

    Enter Description – Here, the customer can enter their message for the quote.

    Add Attachment – Here, the customer can upload images or files with their quotation for better information.

    After entering all the information, the customer needs to click on the “Submit Quote” button.

    Once, the customer has quoted the product, they can click on the “Requested Quotes” button to see all the requested quotes.

    Also, the customer can view, edit and delete their given quotes under “My Account > My Requested Quotes”.

    After clicking on the Edit button the customer can edit their quote and enter the message to the Seller.

    The customer can see all the conversations between them and the seller under the Conversation tab.

    If quote status is approved, the buyer can add that product to their cart with quote price.

    Admin Management

    The marketplace admin can view, edit and delete quotes under “Marketplace Quotes > Marketplace Quotes”.

    Also, the admin can check all the conversations of that particular quote, by clicking on the Conversation tab.
