INSTALLATION

1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘wk_payment_datatrans.’
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘wk_payment_datatrans.’
7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

Let’s begin the configuration of the Odoo Website Datatrans Payment Gateway.

CONFIGURATION AT ODOO END

1. In the Odoo backend, navigate to the ‘Invoicing> Configuration> Payment Providers’ section.

2. Select the Myfatoorah payment option from the listed payment providers.

3. Enter the payment gateway details and the ‘Myfatoorah Merchant Token’ in the ‘Credentials’ tab.

4. In the ‘Configuration’ tab, enter the display name, and select payment icons and countries. Likewise, enter the payment Journal for payment recording.

5. Add all the messages for the listed scenarios in the ‘Messages’ tab.

ODOO WEBSITE (FRONTEND)

6. Navigate to the ‘Odoo website> Shop page > Product page,’ and click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.

7. On the ‘Confirm Order’ page, select the ‘Myfatoorah payment’ option, and click the ‘Pay Now’ button. 

8. In the popup wizard, select the payment method and proceed to the next page by clicking ‘Confirm’ button.

9. Enter the selected payment method details (card in this case) on the payment gateway page.

10. Enter the details for payment success and hit the ‘Submit’ button.

11. After payment completion, you will see the payment success message and the order number on your screen.

12. Navigate to the ‘Website> Configuration> Payment Transaction’ to view all the transactions.

13. Know the entire transaction details by opening a particular payment. It will show the gateway name (Myfatoorah) in the ‘Provider’ section.
