Shopware6 Live Sales Notification

Shopware6 Live Sales Notification, the admin will be able to enable the sales and rating notification to be visible on the frontend. It displays the latest updates about the sales and reviews of the store.

The notification popups come up with a rise in sales and revenue, then, it highly increases the store reviews. The store owner can configure various sales and rating notifications on the websites by using the module.

The appearance and functionalities of the notifications will be customizable. Customers will get regular updates about the ratings and orders.

Check a brief overview of the plugin –

• The customer can see live order notifications of products.
• Customers can see live rating notifications.
• The admin can enable/disable the sales and rating popups separately.
• The customer will be able to go on the product whose notifications are being popped-up.
• The admin can hide the customer’s details.

Shopware provides two ways to install the plugin to the server.

2. Manual installation

Installation Using Commands

Consumers will get a zip folder, then they have to extract the contents of this zip folder on their system. The consumer has Copy the folder WebkulSalesNotification to custom/plugins directory of Shopware6. As shown in the below image:

Now open the Shopware6 application in the Terminal.

Run this command to refresh the plugin –

/bin/console plugin:refresh

Go to your Shopware installation Root directory then run this command to install then activate the plugin –

./bin/console plugin:install --activate WebkulSalesNotification

To clear the cache run this command –

./bin/console c:c

Now refresh the administration.

Manual Installation

1. Upload the zip file of the plugin.
2. Go to your Shopware6 installation backend panel then navigate to Extensions ->My Extensions after that, you can find all the installed plugin in it.

Click on the Plugin. For installing the plugin, the user can click on the Upload Extension button. The user can upload the plugin zip(WebkulSalesNotification)here.

Further, in the newly added plugin, the admin can uninstall the plugin by clicking on the Uninstall option in the dropdown.

After installation, you have to click on the activate button.

Now, you can see Live Sales Notification is visible on the Dashboard.

After the successful installation of this module the admin Goto the Settings->Extensions->Live Sales notification as seen in the screenshot given below.

In the Live Sales Notification, the admin has to manage the configurations in four different sections.

• General
• Sales Popup
• Ratings Popup

General

The admin will manage the details which will facilitate the notifications. The details are visible as shown in the image below:

Status: The admin can set to yes then only the module will work properly.

Display Name: if admin will set to Yes, then the name of the customer will be visible on the notification popup, otherwise in place of the name “Someone” will be visible.

Display Time: The admin will set the time(in seconds) of the notification visibility on the website.

Delay Time: This will be the duration(in seconds) between two consecutive notifications. Time can be between 1-6 digits only.

Notification Limit: The admin can set the number of order/ sales notifications that will be visible on the website.

Display on Mobile: If this is set to Yes then the notification popups will be visible even if the device is viewed on mobile devices.

Allowed Order product Date: The admin can allow order product Date to be visible on the notification popup.

Sales Popup

The admin will separately configure the notification popup.

Sales Popup Status: If the admin selects Yes for this field, the sales popup will be visible.

Popup Position: The notification popup can have four positions on the website frontend. Meanwhile, the admin can select among the positions Top Left, Top Right, Bottom Left, and Bottom Right.

The admin can select the desired positions for the Sales Popup notifications.              

Text Color: The admin can either select the text color or add the hex code for a specific color.

Link Color: The admin can either select the link color or add the hex code for a specific color.

Background Color: The admin can also set the background color of the notification popup by either selecting it or adding the hex code for the same.

Ratings Popup

The admin will separately configure the rating popup.

Ratings Popup Status: If the admin selects yes for this field, the rating popup will be visible.

Popup Position: The notification popup can have four positions on the website frontend. Meanwhile, the admin can select among the positions Top Left, Top Right, Bottom Left, and Bottom Right.

Text Color: The admin can either select the text color or add the hex code for a specific color.

Link Color: The admin can either select the link color or add the hex code for a specific color.

Background Color: The admin can also set the background color of the notification popup by either selecting it or adding the hex code for the same.

Then click on the Save button.

After the completion of backend configurations, the notification popups will be visible to the customer on the frontend. The product sales notifications will be visible with the details as configured by the admin.

Sales Notification In Shopware6 Live Sales Order Pop-up Notification

The product sales or order notification will show the recent orders made by other customers. The notifications may include the name, then the price of the customer as seen in the screenshot given below.

Once the admin has selected Yes the rating popups from the backend, then it will be visible in the frontend. Rating notifications will display the recent reviews and ratings done by the customers as you can see in the image below.

Navigate to Product Page

The customer will directly navigate to the respective product if they click on the name of the product on the notification popup. Therefore, the view will be similar to the image shown below:
