    PDF Settings

Configure the PDF setting first to generate the product picking list PDF according to the settings.

In this section, there are various options. However, the significance/working of these options is indicated in the screenshot below.

Additionally, you can also choose which product details to include in the PDF.

    1-6

    Order Listing

Under this section, all the orders of your shop are also available.

Firstly, you can use the available options to filter the orders on some selected parameters.

    2-5

As you may see in the image below that after applying some parameters, a filtered order list becomes available.

    3-7

    Generate Invoice & Delivery Slip

After filtering the orders, options to generate invoices & delivery slips of multiple orders become available.

However, one thing to note here is that the delivery slip will only generate for those orders whose status is “Delivered“.

And, in the same way, the invoice will only generate for those orders whose status is “Payment Accepted“.

In case, if you select the orders which are not at the aforementioned statuses to generate invoices & delivery slips.

Then, an error will display on the screen.

    4-9

Also, you can choose to generate an invoice or prepare a product picking list for each order individually.

One interesting thing to note here is that the option to generate invoices is only available for the orders whose status is “Payment accepted“.

    5-7

But, the orders with the status “Delivered” also has an extra option to generate a delivery slip.

This is because the delivery slip for an order doesn’t generate until it reaches the “Delivered” order status.

Whereas, the invoice generates only after the order status reaches “Payment Accepted”.

    6-6

    Prepare Product Picking List

Now, let’s see how to prepare a product picking list from the orders.

You can choose to create a product picking list for each order individually or for multiple orders at once.

But the goal is to minimize the effort, so let’s see how we can create a product picking list for multiple orders.

Firstly, select the orders for which the product picking list you want to generate. After that, click on the option “Prepare Picking List”.

    7-6

On clicking the button, a prompt will open & ask for confirmation.

    11-2

After confirming, the following page i.e., tab(order preparation) will open.

Here, a list of all the products to pick to fulfil the selected orders will display.

The list has the following details:

    • Product ID
    • Name of the product
    • Total quantity of each product
    • Price of the product
    • Order reference number along with the product quantity to fulfil in each order

Based on these details, you can start stocking the products in the required quantity.

Once you collect the product in the required quantity, you can select the product & mark it as collected.

Additionally, you can also choose to select all the products & mark them as collected at once.

Also, choose to generate the product picking list in the form of PDF or CSV.

    9-4

After marking the products as collected, the button will become inactive.
