After installing the marketplace module, you can now proceed to install the PrestaShop Marketplace Seller Payment Request module.
Firstly, go to the module manager in the back office and click on ‘upload a module’.
After that, drag and drop the module file or select the file from the system.
In this way, the module installation will be successful.
After successful installation of the module, an admin can proceed to configure the module.
In this way, the module configuration will be successful.
After the successful installation of the module, a new tab “Payment Request” adds to the seller’s dashboard.
Click on “Add New Payment Request” to place a request for settlement of due amount from admin.
After clicking on “Add New Payment Request”, a popup will open to enter the amount. Seller will enter the amount that he/she wish to withdraw from the admin.
After the submission of request, a pending request will be generated at admin’s end. Click on view to see the details of request generated by seller.
Upon clicking ‘view button’, a list of all the requests made by seller will be displayed. Click on ‘Settle’ to clear the requested due amount of seller.
Admin can settle the due amount which needs to be paid to the seller by entering transaction details of the payment.
Admin can see the status and details of payment requests made by any particular seller.
The details of all the payment requests & their status are also available at sellers dashboard.
The details of the seller requests & their corresponding status will be available in “Seller transactions” tab too.
Note: Sellers will get a notification if they try to withdraw an amount greater than the daily withdrawal limit.
If an amount is locked in & the customer tries to withdraw the amount (including the locked-in amount) or more then he’ll get a notification that he can withdraw the amount apart from the lock-in amount.
