Offer Request For Specific Product Combination
If a customer is placing offer request for a product that has different combinations. Then, in that case, offer request will be submitted for the product combination selected by a customer.
When a customer clicks on the button, a form appears on the screen from where he can request for offer. In the form, a customer needs to select the quantity, specify price per unit, and mention the description to submit an offer request.
After submitting the offer request, admin will receive an email for the same.
A new tab “MY REQUESTS FOR OFFER” is added to the customer’s account. From this tab, he can view the requests created for offer.
On clicking the view button, a customer can see product for which he submitted the request, status of the request, product quantity, and price per unit.
In the above screenshot, we can see the offer request is placed for the combination selected by customer on the product page. In this offer, the customer has requested 10 products at $15 per unit. If admin accept this offer, then the customers can purchase more than 10 units at a specified price per unit.
Let me explain this with the help of an example. Suppose a customer has placed an offer request for 10 units of a product X at $20 per unit. Admin accepted the offer. The total price a customer needs to pay is 200$ (excluding taxes). Now, if a customer purchase more than 10 units say 15, then also he will get a discount on additional units purchased. Now he has to pay $300 for 15 units.
In case of a normal product, the offer request is placed for a whole product
Kindly note the final offer price provided by admin will be based on tax exclusive price.
Customer Offer Requests
Post-installation, a new tab “Customer Offer Requests” under Customers get available. From this tab, admin can view a list of requests created by the customers for offer.

Admin can find all the details related to an offer by clicking on the View button.
Admin can choose to accept or decline the offer. Also, admin can negotiate with the customer regarding an offer via a messaging system.
When admin sends a message to the customer, the status of the offer request changes from Waiting to In Negotiation. Also, the customer will receive an email containing the message.
A customer can view the message that admin has sent under Request Details.
Whenever a customer sends the message, admin will receive an email notification.
Admin can modify the offer price and accept the offer.
Now, when admin clicks on “ALLOW OFFER FOR CUSTOMER” button, the offer request gets accepted and specific price for a customer gets automatically created.
Once admin has accepted the offer request, the customer can purchase the number of items he selected at a specified price per unit.
Also, an email notification for offer acceptance is send to the customer.
Now, a customer can proceed to purchase the product. Kindly note that a customer has to purchase the minimum quantity he specified while submitting the offer request to avail the discount.
On the product page, a customer can view the table displaying per unit discount that customer will get if he purchases 10 quantity of the product.
In the above screenshot we can see $20.08 displayed on the product page. Now. when a customer select 10 in the quantity field, the discounted price will be displayed on the product page.
Voucher Creation for Offer Request
Admin can also create a voucher for the offer request under Customer Offer Request. This can be explained with the help of an example.
Suppose there is a product X whose price is $24 (Tax Excluded). Now, a customer need 5 quantity of the product X at $20 per unit and submits the offer for the same. Admin accepts the customer’s offer.
Now, while creating a voucher, admin has to enter $20 in the amount field i.e $4 discount per unit equals to $20.
When a customer adds 5 units of product X in the cart, there he can view the voucher code and apply it to the cart to get the discount.
