Installation Of Opencart Chat
Installation of Opencart Chat module is very simple. In the zip file, you will find 3 folders admin, catalog, and ocmod . You just need to move admin and catalog folders into the root directory of your opencart website.
Once you have uploaded the file then login to admin and from catalog section go to Extensions> Extension installer and upload the xml file. The xml file can be found on the ocmod folder under module directory.
After that uploading the XML file go to the Extensions > Modification and click on refresh field.

After that in Admin panel go to System -> Users -> Usergroup and edit ‘Administrator’ and select all for both Access and Modify Permission and save it.

clicking on the edit button admin can enable the module and configure it with the provided options.
After the module is enabled and saved chat option become available at the admin end like this.
After clicking on the chat option, chat list with all customer is visible. The icon color of the chat tab indicates the availability of the customer.
When admin is working and there is an incoming message then the notification will there. Also, there are beautiful emoticons in the chat system.
When any message comes both admin and buyer can see that in the title.
