Odoo Website Product Visibility Module lets businesses decide how their products are visible on their websites. 

This module allows you to restrict product visibility by searching or listing only in the category, adjust visibility for both searching and categories, and hide products on the website.

Odoo Website Product Visibility helps admins choose how products are seen based on what users like.

INSTALLATION

1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘website_product_visibility’
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on the ‘Update Modules drop-down menu.’
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘website_product_visibility’
7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

1. Install the “Odoo Website Product Visibility” app in your odoo.

2. Open the Website Section then eCommerce > Products.  Now open any product. 

3. Now in your product configuration, you can select the “Product Visibility” option from the drop-down menu.

4. If you select the “Category only” option as product visibility from the drop-down menu.

5. After selecting Category only, the product will not be visible in search results.

6. But products will be visible in their respective categories on the odoo’s website.

7. If you select the “Search only” option as product visibility from the drop-down menu.

8. After selecting search only, the product will be visible only in the search results.

9. If you select the “Both (Search and Category)” option as product visibility from the drop-down menu.

10. After selecting Both (Search & Category), the product will be visible only everywhere.

11. If you select the “Not Visible Individually” option as product visibility from the drop-down menu.

12. After selecting Not Visible Individually, the product will not show separately.
