Odoo POS Change Logo

INTRODUCTION

Logos play an important role for brand recognition and social engagement to Grow any business!

Moreover, a logo differentiates you from the rest; hence, we are here to introduce the Odoo POS Change Logo module, which allows the admin to change the POS logo. Additionally, this module helps admin to have separate logos for each shop which is not achievable in default Odoo POS.

Now POS user can increase the brand loyalty by using Odoo POS Change Logo module, Custom logos bring professionalism into your business, POS user can Change the logo as per business requirements. Admin can add a new logo to the POS session.

INSTALLATION

1.) Once you purchase the app From Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
2.) Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘pos_change_logo’.
3.) Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4.) Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
5.) Then, open on Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List’.
6.) In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘pos_change_logo’.
7.) Now you will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to insall it.

WORKFLOW

Backend Configuration

(1). Login to your Odoo interface and go to POS.

(2). Now click on ellipsis tab of any POS session and go to settings.

(3). Click on the ‘logo image’ to change the logo.

(4). Here, a new logo can be add if there’s no logo exist for particular POS session. Moreover, you can add unique/ separate logos for each shop.

(5). Now navigate to the POS session’s configuration and go > under > “Bills & Receipts”.
Here enabling “Show Logo on Receipt” feature, the logo will be shown on the order receipts. On the other hand by disabling this feature logo will not be shown on receipt.

(6). POS logo appears on top left corner of the POS screen.

(7). Logo will be shown on the receipt.

(8). Logo appearing on the XML receipt.
