You would need to install this module for Odoo Marketplace Seller Story to work properly.

1. Once you have purchased the module from our Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the zip file of the module.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘marketplace_seller_story’.
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode. You can activate the developer mode by typing ‘debug’ after ‘web?’ in the URL as well.
5. Now, open the Apps menu and click on the ‘Update Modules List’.
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘marketplace_seller_story’.
7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it

Seller View

1. After installation, sellers can access the Odoo Seller Story feature  directly from their seller dashboard app from the backend.
2. Sellers can create and view their stories directly on their profiles! Just navigate to Sellers/Vendors > My Profile and click the “Create Your Story” button.

3. Add a title, your role, a captivating image, and a short description. Write your full story and even embed a YouTube video to bring it to life!

Admin View

4. After installing the module, login as admin to access the new menu for seller stories. You can create and edit stories for sellers under “Seller Stories >> Seller Stories.”

5. You can create a new seller story here and assign it to the respective seller. You can also publish or unpublish the story at any time. 

6. Now, you can check the published seller story from the respective seller’s profile by following the path Sellers >> Seller profile.

7. After opening the seller story of the respective seller, the seller’s profile will pop-up, now click on the seller story to view the story of the seller. 

Website View

8. A customer can check the seller stories from a useful links section link. On this link, all the seller stories will be displayed. 

9. Customers can also view the popular story on the right side and youtube video (if added) in the description of the story.
