Installation Process
To begin using the Product Auction Connector, follow these simple steps:
- Install the App:You can download the app from the Feature App section for just $10/month.
Feature app -> Feature app -> Product Auction Connector -> Install
Once you click on the install button, it will ask permission for authentication. To install the app, An additional $10 will be applied to your monthly subscription .
Once the payment is approved , the app will then install automatically .
After you click on the install button, it will then ask for permission for authentication.
- To enable the app, first navigate to the feature app’s configuration page. Next, click on Configure App, and finally, enable it from there.
To enable this, first click on the enable button, and then proceed by clicking on the save button.
Mobile Push Notification
To enable the Mobile Push Notification You have to visit your Webkul Product Auction app there you have to click on the three dot’s and then click on the mobile push notification option .
After clicking, you will be redirected to a new page where you need to enable the status. Once enabled, it will display two types of push notifications: “Bid Lost” and “Bid Won.”
These two notifications will pop up on your mobile screen whenever you win or lose a bid, but only if you have enabled push notifications from the menu.
Customer End
Here on the customer end the app includes an interactive auction widget that displays live auctions as they happen, along with upcoming auctions, helping customers stay updated and engaged.
Navigation Menu
Clicking on the “auction” menu redirects you to the auction page, where you’ll see both live and upcoming auctions displayed.
Live Auctions
The live auction section displays all ongoing auctions, allowing you to place a bid on any product of your choice. Simply click on View Auction to see the details and place your bid.

On this page, you’ll find all the live auctions, where customers can place bids and check the remaining time.
When you click “View Auction,” you’ll be taken to a new page where you can see all the auction details and place your bids.
Place Bids
You can check the remaining auction time , view bid increments, and place your bid by clicking Place My Bid .
Upcoming Auctions
In this section, you will see all the upcoming auctions scheduled by the store owner. You can view the details of a scheduled auction by clicking on the View Auction option.

When you click ‘View Auction,’ you’ll be taken to a new page where you can see all the upcoming auctions and product details .
About Upcoming Auction
Here in this you will be able to see exactly how much time is left before the auction begins, along with the product details. This will help you plan your bids in advance.
Customer Records
This section makes it easy for customers to track their auction activities.
Simply click on your profile, then go to My Bids, where you’ll find all the details of your auctions, including live auctions, won auctions, and lost auctions.
To view all your auction records, click on your profile, then select My Bids from the navigation menu to see the details.
Here in the My Bids section, you can view all your live bids, as well as the bids you’ve won and lost.
Live Auctions – All the ongoing auctions where the customer is still competing will appear here .
Live Auction
On this page, you’ll see all the currently active auctions that you have participated in and you can also view each auction from here.
Win Auctions – a record of all the auctions that the customer have won will appear here .
Won Auctions
Here, you can view all the auctions you’ve participated in and won.
Lost Auctions – auctions in which the customer had been outbid or lost will appear here .
Lost Auction
Here you will view all the lost auction in which you have participated .
