Odoo is a great business management solution that offers various modules for your business needs. However, it has to depend on aggregators to know the payment and shipping status which is a time-consuming activity.

So how can you avoid the lengthy process and easily know the shipping and payment status?

Odoo Advance Order Status Management add this feature to Odoo. Moreover, the Odoo app allows you to view the shipping and payment status on the sales order page. Further, you can see the entire detail on the sales order detail view page.

FEATURES

• The Odoo app adds two sections shipping and payment status in the sales order.
• You can view the status of the sales order from the sale order homepage and detailed view page.
• You can see the complete payment status as partially, unpaid, and fully paid.
• View shipping status as partially, not yet, and fully shipped.
• Odoo Advance Order Status Management also shows the return amount in the sales order in case a user has returned the product partially or fully.

INSTALLATION

1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘wk_order_status_management.’
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘wk_order_status_management.’
7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

Let’s see how Odoo Advance Order Status Management works.

CONFIGURATION

1. Go to the ‘Sales’ homepage to view all the sales orders. The sales order which is created after installing the module will show the shipment and payment status.

2. Click and open any order to view the detailed view of payment and shipping status.

2.1. If a user has refunded an order partially, the ‘Refund Amount’ will show the refund amount.

2.2. You can see the details even when the shipment is not yet shipped and not paid.

2.3. Sales order status when it’s fully paid and partially shipped.

2.4. Another sales order combo is when the order is not yet paid but has been fully shipped (delivered) to the user.
