POS French NF525 for Magento 2

• The signature is visible on all the copies of the invoice. Herein whenever the sales agent generates a new invoice a new signature generates.

Note-

• To use the Extension,  you must install the Webkul Magento 2 POS first.
• This module is compatible with POS version 3.0.1.

The store owner will get a zip folder and they have to extract the contents of this zip folder on their system.

Thus, the extracted folder has an src folder, inside the src folder you have the app folder.

You need to transfer this app folder into the Magento2 root directory on the server as shown below.

Hence, post successful installation, you have to run these commands in the Magento2 root directory.

First command –

php bin/magento setup:upgrade

Second Command –

php bin/magento setup:di:compile

Third Command –

php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy

After running the commands, you have to flush the cache from the Magento admin panel. Hence follow the navigation as System > Cache management as shown below.

Multi-Lingual Configuration

For Multilingual support, please navigate to Store > Configuration>General > Locale Options. Henceforth select your desired language from the Locale option.

Language Translation

For module translation, navigate to the following path in the system app/code/Webkul/PosFrenchNF525/i18n/en_US.csv.

Thus, open the file named en_US.CSV for editing as shown in the below screenshot.

Then replace the words after the comma(,) on the right in the file with your translated words.

After editing and translating the CSV file, you need to save the translated file. However, the naming convention is according to your region language and country code such as – de_DE.CSV.

Followed by uploading the translated file to the same folder from where you have obtained it. Henceforth, now the module translation is complete.

The admin can easily set the module as per requirements by following the breadcrumbs as Store>Configuration>POS>POS French NF525 or POS>POS configuration>POS French NF525.

Here, the admin needs to set Yes the Enable Signature Field.

The sales agent can process the checkout from the front-end. As usual, the sales agent adds the product to the cart.

Henceforth, process the selection of the customer details and accomplish the final placement of orders.

Hereafter the POS sales agent will get a success message of order placement. This page will also contain the digital signature of authentication.

The sales agent can even find a signature on the invoice page.

Now, the admin in the backend can view the verified/validated order under the POS orders.

The admin can even view the Signature in this section corresponding to the Order Id.
