Magento Migration : CSS Not loading

Magento Migration CSS Not loading : This problem came very frequently when you transfer your magento from one host to another . here is the simple fix

1 – Go to phpmyadmin or mysql . and under core_config_data table .

2 – change the old host address to new one but make sure if you site address is http://webkul.com type http://webkul.com/ with a slash at the end.
