ChatWhizz is a solution for one-on-one and one-to-many office conversations.
User Dashboard
Well designed user dashboard.
Send text messages with emojis & reply separately to a message:
These actions can be performed in one-to-one as well and a one-to-many (group) conversation.
Send Broadcast Messages:
Send a message to all at once with the broadcast message feature.
Forward message & reply in thread:
Moreover, you can Mark important messages by starting them. Forward messages from one chat to another. Organized conversations with the help of threads.
Groups
Group chat solution for operating together, collude and getting things done.
Send a text message, emojis or attachment to multiple users or groups. Within the groups, you can use the @username mentioning facility to tag a group member in your message.
Screen sharing options
Ask for Screen Share
USER 1
Click on the ‘Ask for Screen Share‘ option:
The receiver has to accept the call within 30 seconds:
Once the USER 2 accepts the ask for screen share request, USER 1 will be able to view the screen:
USER 2
The receiver will get a pop-up like so:
After accepting the request he will have a display as shown below:
Further, USER 2 can disable screen sharing, mute the screen sharing and also disconnect the screen share process.
Share your Screen
Likewise, share your screen feature can be used.
Steps for User 1
- Click on the ‘Share your Screen‘ option
- The receiver has to accept the call within 30 seconds
- After accepting the request he will have a display as shown below
- Further, USER 1 can disable screen sharing, mute the screen sharing and also disconnect the screen share process.
Steps for User 2
- The receiver will get a pop-up to pick up the call
- After accepting the screen share request, he will be able to view the screen of USER 1
Audio & Video Call
Video &Audio call solution to collaborate live with your team members & clients.
Audio Call:
(Maximum 8 people can connect in one call.)
USER 1
Click on the ‘Audio Call‘ option:
The receiver has to accept the call within 30 seconds:
After connecting, the user can disconnect the call using the red button on the screen. Also, the user can mute the call by clicking the mute button:
Click on disconnect to end the call session:
USER 2
The receiver will get a pop-up like so:
After accepting the request he will have a display as shown below:
Similarly, the receiver can reject, disconnect the call or mute like by using the respective options given to perform these actions on the screen.
Video Call
USER 1
Click on the ‘Video Call‘ option:
The receiver has to accept the call within 30 seconds:
Once the video call is connected:
Click on disconnect to end the call session:
USER 2
The receiver will get a pop-up like so:
After accepting the request he will have a display as shown below:
NOTE:
Both USER 1 & USER 2 can perform the following actions:
- End/Disconnect the call
- Mute the call
- Disable video
- Minimize the video screen
- Cut the video call screen
- Add participants
All the above actions will be displayed on the screen. Refer to the image above.

Compatible on multiple platforms

If you are using Google Chrome versions above 73 or Firefox web browser then you don’t need to do this.
