Note: – This shipping validator module does not support UK zip codes.

Installation of Opencart Shipping Validator
Installation of Opencart Shipping Validator module is very easy. Under the module zip, there are 3 folders admin, catalog, and ocmod. you just need to upload admin and catalog folders to the root directory of the website.
Once you have uploaded the file then login to admin and go to Extensions> Extension installer and upload the XML file. The XML file can be found on the ocmod folder.
After uploading the XML file go to the Extensions > Modification and click on refresh field.
Thus, after that in Admin panel go to System -> Users -> Usergroup and edit ‘Administrator’ and select all for both Access and Modify Permission then save it.
Henceforth, under Extensions->Modules the admin can install the Opencart Shipping Validator module like this.
After the installation of the module, the admin can click on the edit button to configure it. From here admin can enable/disable the module.
Admin can also enter the text of the shipping validator heading and the text for the shipping validator button.
Let us consider an example, if you have enabled a shipping method “Free Shipping” for all zones. 
Whenever the customer will enter the pin code then the module will check the pin code with the enabled zones of the shipping methods. And the module will show the available shipping based on the shipping method configuration.

Front End Of Opencart Shipping Validator
Post-installation and configuration of the extension, a customer can see the shipping validator option on the front end.
After clicking on “check availability” button customer will receive a pop-up. Thus, this will contain the list of shipping methods with the price.
However, If there is no shipping method available on the zip code. Thus, the customer will receive a warning message stating “No shipping method Available”.
Note: – If the product weight and dimensions are not mentioned.Then the third party shipping extensions like FedEx, DHL, USPS, UPS will not work because they require weight and dimension to calculate shipping.
