User Guide for Odoo QiCard Payment Gateway

Odoo QiCard Payment Gateway helps businesses accept secure online payments through QiCard on their Odoo website. Customers can select QiCard during checkout and complete payments using a simple payment process.

Odoo QiCard Payment Gateway connects your Odoo website with QiCard and helps businesses manage website payments from Odoo. It also keeps payment details linked with website orders for easy tracking.

1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip file.
2. Extract the file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘wk_payment_qicard’.
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.
5. Then, open Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List’.
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘wk_payment_qicard’.
7. You will be able to see module in the search results. Click on ‘Activate’ to install it.

1. Go to Website > Configuration > Payment Providers. Then, open the QiCard payment provider from the available payment methods.

This allows you to access the QiCard settings and prepare the payment provider for website transactions.

2. Open the Credentials tab in the QiCard payment provider. Then, enter the required QiCard Username, Password, and X-Terminal ID.

Finally, save the details to connect QiCard with your Odoo website.

3. Open the Configuration tab in the QiCard payment provider. Then, configure payment methods, supported currencies, website availability and payment journal settings.

Furthermore, save the configuration to make QiCard available for website payments.

4. Add products to the cart and proceed to the website checkout page. Then, select QiCard as the preferred payment method.

Finally, click Pay Now to continue with the payment process.

5. After clicking Pay Now, customers are redirected to the QiCard payment page. Then, enter the required card details and proceed with the payment.

Finally, click Pay to complete the transaction securely.

6. Once the payment is completed successfully, the QiCard payment page displays a confirmation message along with transaction details.

Then, click Back to Store to return to the website.

7. After returning to the website, the order confirmation page opens automatically. Customers can review their order details and payment confirmation.

The processed payment message confirms that the transaction was completed successfully.

8. Open the payment transaction record from the Odoo backend. Then, review the payment reference, provider information, customer details, and transaction status.

Furthermore, payment records remain available for future tracking and management.

Note: You must enable Developer Mode in Odoo to access and view payment transaction records from the backend.
