WooCommerce POS Linkly Terminal Connector enables the admin to connect the Linkly payment terminal with their POS outlets and accept payments through it.
It provides a seamless checkout process for customers as the POS users can accept various credit and debit cards from customers through this plugin.
The plugin is compatible with several types of cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, making it widely usable.

- It is required to install WooCommerce Point of Sale System prior to using this plugin.
- The WooCommerce POS Partial Payment Add-on is also compatible with this plugin.

Plugin Installation
The user will get a zip file that he has to upload in the “Add New” menu option in the WordPress admin panel.
For this, login to WordPress Admin Panel then Under the Dashboard, hover your mouse over the “Plugins” menu option which brings out a Sub-Menu then select the “Add New” option.
After this, you will see an option on the top of your page that is “Upload Plugin”, Now clicks the option to upload the zip file.

By clicking on the “Upload Plugin” option, below that you will see a button “Choose File” click on the button to browse for the zip file as per the snapshot below.

After browsing the file, click the “Install Now” button to install the plugin as per the snapshot.

Now when the plugin is installed correctly, you will see the success message & an option to activate the plugin.
Henceforth now, click on “Activate Plugin” to activate the installed plugin.

After the plugin is installed successfully, it is visible under the Installed Plugins section as per the image below,

POS Linkly Terminal Gateway Admin Configuration
Once the plugin is installed, admin initially navigates to WooCommerce>Settings>Payments. Here, they enable or disable the POS Linkly Terminal Gateway as per requirement.
To configure it, Admin taps on Manage to open the configuration settings, it is visible as per below image,

- Enable/Disable – Checkbox to enable or disable POS Linkly Terminal gateway.
- Default Gateway – Make linkly reader terminal as a default payment gateway for point of sale.
- Title – Set Title of Payment Gateway.
- Description – Set Description of Payment Gateway.
- Test Mode – Checkbox to Enable and disable Test mode.
- Test Username – Enter Linkly Test Username.
- Test Password – Enter Linkly Test password.
- Live Username – Enter the Linkly Live Username.
- Live Password – Enter the Linkly Live Password.
Admin taps on Save Changes after the configuration. Next, they navigate to Point of Sale>Settings>Payments.
Here, they check the Payment Method added for Point of Sale. A payment method for POS Linkly is created here. Admin can edit, delete or add a new one as well. It is viewed as below,

Add POS Linkly Terminal to POS Outlet
Now, admin adds POS Linkly Terminal to specific POS outlets as required. They navigate to Point of Sale>Outlets>Edit.

Here, under the Additional Payment Options, admin selects the POS Linkly Reader as one of the payment options to add it to that particular outlet.

After adding additional payment option, admin taps on Update Outlet to save the settings. Now, lets check the Linkly Payment option on the POS panel.
POS Panel Configuration and Working
After Admin configures the plugin, now, the Linkly Terminal is paired with the POS panel. To do so, POS user logs in to the POS panel. Here, they get the Linkly icon on the top right end as below,

POS User taps on the Linkly Icon to start the pairing process. After tapping, they fill the Pairing Code which is displayed on Linkly terminal device and then save it to pair the Linkly Terminal with the POS.

Next, after pairing, POS User proceeds to accept payment through the POS Linkly Reader. They add products to cart and tap on Pay to continue to Checkout.

POS User taps on Other Payments and selects POS Linkly Reader as payment option.
Next, They tap on Confirm Payment & Generate Invoice. Following this, POS will send the request to Linkly terminal to accept the payment from customers.
After payment is successfull, an invoice is generated consisting of the payment details. The invoice is below,
