Installation of WooCommerce Marketplace Mass Upload
The user will get a zip file which he has to upload in the “Add New” menu option in the WordPress admin panel. For this login to WordPress Admin Panel and Under the Dashboard hover your mouse over the “Plugins” menu option which brings out a Sub-Menu and then select the “Add New” option.
After this, you will see an option on the top of your page that is “Upload Plugin”, click the option to upload the zip file.
By clicking on the “Upload Plugin” option, below that you will see a button “Choose File” click on the button to browse for the zip file as per the snapshot below.
After browsing the file, click the “Install Now” button to install the plugin as per the snapshot.
Now when the plugin is installed correctly, you will see the success message and an option to activate the plugin. Click on “Activate Plugin” to activate the installed plugin.
Seller end Workflow of WooCommerce Marketplace Mass Upload
When plugin installed successfully an option “Mass Upload” will be available for the sellers. By clicking on “Mass Upload” the seller will be redirected to a new page as shown in below image.
The seller can download the sample file from available files. The sample file available for the Simple Product, Variable Product, Grouped Product, Downloadable Product and External Product as well. Now, seller uploads the CSV file and the product Zip file and click on “Upload” button.
Then, the seller needs to press “Run Profile” to run a profile.
Here the seller selects the profile and runs selected profile.
Now the profile will be executed and a success message will be displayed if the profile executed successfully otherwise the error message will be displayed.
After successful execution of profile, the product will be added and reflected in the product list of the seller.
Admin end Workflow of WooCommerce Marketplace Mass Upload
The admin of the marketplace also able to upload CSV and image zip file under “Mass Upload > General”.
Now admin can select the profile and run selected profile.
Post as admin – By checking this option the admin can run profile for own products.
Select Seller – Admin can also run a profile for a seller. For this, he just needs to select the seller from the available list.
Select Profile – Here admin selects a profile to execute.
