    Woocommerce Marketplace Mangopay Payment Gateway Module: It allows the admin to set up the mango pay payment method in their store. The customer can select the mango pay payment gateway as the payment method and enter their payment details for payment purposes.

    Mangopay payment gateway for WooCommerce Marketplace will split the payment among seller and admin dynamically.

    ** Note: This module is an add-on to the WooCommerce Multi-Vendor Marketplace module.

    To use this module you must have installed the first WordPress Woocommerce Multi-Vendor Marketplace.

    Feature

    • Provide split payment to all sellers for an order.
    • It allows the buyers to make payment using cards Carte Bleue (CB), Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Ban contact, Mister cash, Przelewy24, Diners(currency allow as per Mangopay), PayLib, ideal.
    • The admin can transfer payment from his wallet to bank account.
    • The admin can make a refund payment online for any placed order.
    • This module allows the seller to transfer payment from their wallet to their bank.
    • The commission will be directly transferred into the admin wallet.
    • Guest user can also make payment using mangoPay Payment Gateway method.
    • Registered customers can checkout without KYC.
    • The sellers need to do KYC to make sure that money transacting through their system has been acquired and distributed legally.
    • Allows buyers to make payment using credit cards and Debit cards.
    • Mangopay offers many currencies for setting a base currency. (EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, HKD, JPY, AED, ZAR).

    Installation

    The user will get a zip file which he has to upload in the “Add New” menu option in the WordPress admin panel.

    For this login to WordPress Admin Panel and Under the Dashboard hover your mouse over the “Plugins” menu option which brings out a Sub-Menu and then select the “Add New” option.

    After this, the user will see an option on the top of the page that is “Upload Plugin”, click the option to upload the zip file.

    On clicking the “Upload Plugin” option, the user will see a “Choose File” button. Click on the button to browse for the zip file as per the image below.

    Thus, after browsing the file, click on the “Install Now” button so as to install the plugin as per the snapshot.

    Now when the plugin is installed correctly, you will see the success message and an option to activate the plugin. Click on “Activate Plugin” to activate the installed plugin.

    Now, run the below-mentioned command in the respective directory via terminal.

    composer install

    Make sure that you have installed composer on your server else follow this instruction to install composer – Composer Installation

    How to get Client API key, MANGOPAY ID, Wallet ID ?

    For getting MangoPay ClientId and Passphrase, you need to have your MangoPay account first.

    You can create a MangoPay account with the Registered Company.

    For the creation of the Sandbox Account the user need to click here- https://www.mangopay.com/start/sandbox/

    Here the company registration needs to take place. For company registration, the store owner needs to click on Need To Register. This will open up a Sign-Up Form to register the company as below.

    This will allow generation of a mail from the Mangopay side. This mail will contain the Company Reference.

    This company reference is needed to be filled in the Sandbox Account Page.

    Here along with the company reference, the client can enter other details like- Company Name, Email, Platform Type, Country and a Client ID.

    Then the store owner can click on Create Your Sandbox. Thus, allowing generation of a mail that will assure the completion of registration.

    Now, to create access to the Sandbox Dashboard, we need to follow the link- Sandbox Environment.

    Then we need to click on ‘First Time Login‘ as we are accessing the account for the first time.

    Here, the login details as- Clientid, First and last name and email id is entered by the account holder. This completes the registration process henceforth the account holder will enter the Sign-in details.

    Thus, allowing the user to redirect to the account Dashboard which will have the account details.

    Admin-Configuration

    After successful installation of WooCommerce Marketplace MangoPay Payment Gateway module.

    The admin can enable WooCommerce Marketplace MangoPay Payment Gateway module by navigating through WooCommerce-> Settings-> Payment-> Mangopay.

    Here, the admin click on Manage button then Mangopay Page will open up.

    Here, the admin can –

    • Enable/Disable – Enable/disable MangoPay payment gateway method for placing the order.
    • Title – Enter the title which the customer will see during checkout.
    • Description – Enter the description which the customer will see during checkout.
    • Sandbox Mode – Enable or disable the Testing(sandbox) mode.
    • Client ID – Enter for which MangoPay user is registered.
    • Client API key – Enter the client API key.
    • MANGOPAY ID – Enter mango pay id.
    • Wallet ID – Enter wallet id.

    Supported payment methods via card are –

    • CB/Visa/Mastercard
    • Maestro
    • Bancontact/Mister Cash
    • Przelewy24
    • Diners
    • PayLib
    • iDeal

    Supported payment methods via Direct Debit are –

    • Sofort
    • Giropay

    When all the configuration settings at admin end are done, the seller needs to set his details like Mango Kyc, Mango bank info, Mango wallet info.

    The seller can enter the MangoPay Kyc to make sure that money transacting through their system has been acquired and distributed legally by navigating through My Account -> Mangopay Kyc.

    Therefore, the seller can enter the Mangopay bank info to set up their bank account details to enable the money transfer process from MangoPay wallet to their bank accounts by navigating through My Account -> Mangopay bank info.

    Thus, The seller can transfer money from Mangopay wallet to their bank account by navigating through My Account -> Mangopay wallet info.

    The customer can enter the Mangopay Kyc to make sure that money transacting through their system has been acquired and distributed legally by navigating through My Account -> Mangopay Kyc.

    Workflow Of Marketplace MangoPay Payment Gateway For WooCommerce.

    When the customer adds the product to the cart then they can see the marketplace Mango Payment option which allows the buyers to make payment using cards Carte Bleue (CB), Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Ban contact, Mister cash, Przelewy24, Diners(currency allow as per Mangopay), PayLib, ideal.

    Then it will redirect to mango payment gateway where the customer will fill card details as shown in the screenshot given below.

    After completing the payment process the order received page will open ups.

    Here, the admin can see the payment method: Marketplace Mangopay in order details.

    After a successful checkout, then the admin will change the order status from processing to complete.

    The admin can transfer the money from mango wallet to his bank account by navigating through Marketplace-> Mangopay Order as shown in the screenshot below :

    Here, when the admin clicks on the “transfer” button then the money from mango wallet will transfer to his bank account.

    Split Payment

    Once the customer places an order for the seller product then after the completion of that order the payment will automatically split between the seller and the admin as shown.

    Refund Process

    Marketplace Mangopay Payment Gateway provides an easy refund to its customers. Now admin can do full/partial refund easily.

    This module facilitates the admin to refund via for any order. For refunding the money through Payment via marketplace mango pay the admin can navigate through WooCommerce> Orders.

    Here, the admin can see the two options Refund Manually or Refund Via Mango pay.

    If the admin chooses to refund via mango pay then the money from mango pay wallet will be directly transferred to their bank account.

    NOTE –   If the order is already completed and admin already transferred money by clicking on the transfer button into the seller or admin wallet respectively, then admin can’t do refund by using mango pay now admin can do refund manually only.

    Conclusion

    With the use of this extension, the customers can process the payments in one go. They can fill in their credit card information and complete the checkout process.

    The admin can transfer the money from Mangopay to its bank account from the store.

    Mangopay is widely used by many marketplaces because of its simple and secure payment technology.

    Mangopay payment gateway for WooCommerce Marketplace which will split the payment among seller and admin dynamically.
