Guide for eBay Item Compatibility for WooCommerce

eBay item compatibility for WooCommerce enables the admin to import compatible vehicles on the WooCommerce store from the eBay auto store.

The buyers can see all of the compatible vehicles for the selected product.

The admin can select any eBay auto parts and import all compatible vehicles with the help of the plugin.

Note:

• The module is an add-on to eBay Connector for WooCommerce. So first you need to install the eBay Connector for WooCommerce to use this plugin.
• The module is working for auto parts only for now.

Check a brief overview of the plugin –

• The store admin can import compatible vehicles from the eBay store into the WooCommerce store.
• The compatibility of any item can be checked using the available filters.
• The admin can import the product in one go.
• End-user compatibility check and advanced filtration.

The user will get a zip file that needs to be uploaded in the “Add New” menu option in the WordPress admin panel.

So, for this login to WordPress Admin Panel and in the Dashboard hover your mouse over the “Plugins” menu option and select the “Add New” option.

After this, the user will see an option on the top of the page that is “Upload Plugin”, click the option to upload the zip file.

On clicking the “Upload Plugin” option, the user will see a “Choose File” button. Thus, click on the button to browse for the zip file as per the image below.

After browsing the file, click on the “Install Now” button so as to install the plugin as per the snapshot.

Once the user installs the plugin, a message “Plugin installed successfully” displays and an “Activate Plugin” is visible to activate the plugin.

So, the user needs to click on the “Activate Plugin” button to activate the plugin.

After installing the module, the user can make the configurations by navigating through WooCommerce eBay Connector>eBay Account List>Action.

The store admin will import all the products by selecting Import All Products from eBay in the Manage Products section.

Likewise, the admin will navigate through eBay Settings> Item Compatibility Settings to enable the import of the compatible vehicles during product import.

The customers will see the product filters available right below the product description.

The compatible items list contains the auto parts imported from eBay.

Here, the list of all imported auto parts from eBay will display to the customer. The buyers can check the compatibility from the compatible items section by selecting the filters.

When the item is compatible, a success message will pop up as shown in the screenshot.

Similarly, if the item is not compatible then an error message will pop up as shown below.
