From childhood, we all used to fantasize about Santa Claus riding his sleigh & coming to drop us gifts in the socks we hung. That unfortunately never came true. But 3 years back, we at Webkul decided to become secret Santa to someone else!
Secret Santa isn’t something new, people are playing this game for centuries ago. Here is what Wikipedia has to say:
Secret Santa is a Western Christmas tradition in which members of a group or community are randomly assigned a person to whom they give a gift. The identity of the gift giver is to remain a secret and should not be revealed.

For the past 3 years, we have been playing this game within our office premises. The participant’s name will be written on a chit of paper & then put in a box. Then we randomly choose chits from the box and purchase a gift for the name on their chit.
The gift budget is already defined after mutual discussion. Then on a defined day, we used to put the gift on the desk-space of the individual person- secretly.
