INSTALLATION

1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘survey_print_pdf.’
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘survey_print_pdf.’
7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

Let’s start with the configuration part of the Odoo Print Survey Answers Pdf.

CONFIGURATION

1. Log in to the Odoo backend, move to ‘Survey’ and open an existing survey.

2. On the Survey page, you can view all the questions and their type. Also, in the top right corner, you can view the ‘Certificate and Participation’ count. Click on the ‘Participations’ option.

3. Now, you can view the result of all the participants along with their other details. Click and open any of them.

4. In the answer form, you can click on the ‘Print’ option and choose ‘Certifications’ to download the Certificate of the participants. 

5. The printed certificate will look like the one shown below.

6. You can also access the participants’ answer form from the ‘Paricipants’ section. Open an answer form and click on the ‘Print’ button.

7. After that, you can print the answer form in Pdf format.
