NOTE: The client needs to install the “WEB ECR” application in their local system for the module to work properly.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION FOR INSTALLING & RUNNING THE WEB ECR TOOL
Follow the below steps to install the windows service on your PC.
1. Extract “web-ecr-v3.1-win10x64.zip” to get the windows service published content
2. Our app name is “geidea-ecr-core-web-integration.exe”
3. Install that exe app into services by using the “sc create” command => it requires administrator privileges.
e.g SC CREATE “WEB_ECR” binpath= “E:\web_ecr\geidea-ecr-core-web-integration.exe”
Then
sc start WEB_ECR
in the above command, WEB_ECR is the service name, you can see this in “services.msc” after installation. there you can start, stop and disable.
binpath should point to our .exe file as given. make sure the path is correct as per your local file system.
4. After installation, go to the start=>run=>services and set it as auto start and run it.
5. Now, service will be run on http://localhost:5000

INSTALLATION

Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘pos_gpr_integration.’
Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘pos_gpr_integration.’
You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW CONFIGURATION

1. Firstly, open your Odoo backend and go to ‘Point of Sale> Configuration> Payment Methods.’
