    User Guide for Odoo Monday Connector

    INTRODUCTION

    Improves CRM performance with Odoo Monday Connector!

    Monday CRM is a functional and user-friendly CRM solution for users. It offers a fully customizable option so users can set everything according to them. Moreover, Monday offers many great features that ease and make work efficient.

    Hence to make your CRM more efficient, we created Odoo Monday Connector. This module permits you to connect your multiple Monday CRM to a single Odoo backend so you can manage each of them from a single place.

    Further, the Monday Connector eases your work and views all the stats through the various line, bar, doughnut charts, and graphs available.

    First, you must install this module for the Odoo Monday Connector to work correctly.

    FEATURES

    1. It integrates multiple Monday CRM to a single Odoo backend.
    2. Cron scheduler to automatically sync the feeds.
    3. The cron runs and evaluates the feeds at the scheduled time.
    4. Deletes synchronization history once the feed is created in Odoo.
    5. General import and export button to sync data from all connections.
    6. Choose the connection filter and object to import data.
    7. Similarly, select the data and choose the export to CRM option for exporting.
    8. It has a dynamic dashboard with clickable data cards.
    9. Analyze and track data of all connections from the Odoo Multi- CRM dashboard.
    10. The admin can further sort the data by week or month.

    INSTALLATION

    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘odoo_monday_connect.’
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘odoo_monday_connect.’
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

    WORKFLOW

    Let’s begin the configuration of the Odoo Monday Connector.

    CONFIGURATION

    1. After installation, go to ‘Multi-CRM> Connection> Create.’

    2. On the new page, enter the name and connector image and paste the Instance URL under the ‘Credentials’ tab.

    The ‘Update API Token’ button permits you to update any changes in the API to the odoo instance so it keeps working correctly.

    3. Move to the ‘General’ tab and configure settings like Auto Evaluate- Default Sales Person, API limit per page, and color.

    4. The ‘States’ tab will show the various CRM states that are in use at the Monday end.

    5. In the ‘Scheduler’ tab, you can select the data you want to import via the cron scheduler.

    6. Once done, click the ‘Save’ button and then click the ‘Connect’ button to establish a connection between Odoo and Monday CRM.

    After the connection, you can break the established tie with the ‘Disconnect’ button. Also, the ‘Import’ button will let you import data from Monday to Odoo.

    DATA IMPORT/EXPORT FROM MONDAY TO ODOO

    7. In the import wizard, Select ‘Connection, Object, and Filter.’ You can filter the data according to the All and ID filters.

    8. Now move to any of your modules whose data you want to export and select those data, and under the ‘Action’ menu, click ‘Export to CRM.’

    9. In the export wizard, choose the ‘Connection, Channel, and Operation (Update/Export).’ The system will automatically fill in the object type and IDs according to your selection.

    10. On the Multi-CRM dashboard, you can view the stats and data of all the Monday connections.

    11. Now, click the ‘Mapping’ menu to view all the mapped data.

    12. Next, open any of the sub-menu under the mapping menu to view the list of mapped data, and click on any of them to view the details.

    13. You can also view the Monday mappings records. Click the ‘Mapping> Monday’ and choose any sub-menus. It helps manage the columns for importing and exporting data.

    14. It will also show data similar to the mapping created for import.
