PrestaShop Manual/Offline Credit Card Payment Method allows the customers to save credit card details on your website and let you process the payment manually.
- Collect credit card information for manual/offline processing.
- Save first 8 digits to the database and receive last 8 and CVV via email.
- Set minimum and maximum order total to enable the use of payment method.
- Delete the stored credit card information on certain order status.

- Choose to save the card details of the customer to process the payment in the future.
- Either save all the details of the card in the database or half in a database and receive another half via mail.
- Set a minimum and maximum order amount to use the payment method.

- Works with all credit and debit cards.
- Automatically detects card type and the credit card details are validated to prevent expired cards or invalid card numbers.
- Remove the credit card details from PrestaShop after the payment is processed.
- Select the order status for the orders placed using the virtual payment method.
- Choose to delete the card details after the order reaches a certain status.
- Choose to show or hide card details on the order history page.
- Show or hide certain fields from the card details form.
- Set the commission fee that you want to charge from the customers for using this payment method.
- Select the currencies for which you want to restrict the payment method.
- Restrict the payment method for specific customer groups.
- Set the discount that will be given to the customers for using the payment method.
- View details of all the saved cards under the customer’s personal details page too.
How to install PrestaShop Manual/Offline Credit Card Payment Method
- Firstly, Go to Module Manager in Back office and click on ‘upload a module’.
- Now, Drag and drop the module file or select the file from the system.
- In this way, the module installation will be successful.



How to configure PrestaShop Manual/Offline Credit Card Payment Method
In order to provide the payment method to the customer, firstly you need to configure the module. So, let’s see all the available options one by one.
- You can choose to show or hide this payment method.
- Set a minimum and maximum order amount required to use this payment method.
- You can also choose to save card details in two ways.
- The first one is to save half card details in the database and receive the other half via mail.
- Another way is to save all the information in the database itself.
- Enter an email ID to receive other half card details in case if you have chosen to receive it via mail.
- Select the order status for the orders placed via this payment method.
- Choose to delete the card details after certain order status.
- Select that order status after which you want to delete the card details of the customer.
- Select whether you want to show saved card details on the order history page or not.
- Configure the groups and currencies for which you want to restrict the payment method.
- Set the commission to be charged from customers for using this payment method.
- Set the discount that customers will receive when they place orders using this payment method.
- Choose to show card number, expiry date, CVV, and card holder name on card details form.

Workflow of the module
After successfully configuring the module, customers will now get an option to pay via virtual payment method.


As you can see now there is an option to pay via virtual card payment method at the checkout page. Customers can now proceed to pay via this payment method after filling in all the relevant details.
If the admin has set commission under configuration, then a commission amount gets applied on selecting the payment method and will display on the checkout page as shown below.

The name of the payment method is also available on the order confirmation page. Additionally, customers can view commission fee and information related to the payment on this page.

If the admin has set discount under configuration, then discount gets applied on selecting the payment method and will display on the checkout page as shown below.


Card Details
After the successful installation of the module, a new tab ‘Card Details’ gets available in customer’s account.

From here the customer can view the details of all the saved cards.

The saved card details are also available on the order details page at the customers end.

Furthermore, the details of the card is also available to admin at their order details page too.

Email template
Here in this screenshot, you can see the view of the email template which admin receives with the other half details of the card.
