This module will help all eCommerce merchants battling with the limited configurations of the default PrestaShop Invoice. It is an addon that provides you an option to generate multiple custom pdf files for a particular order.
PrestaShop Order Multiple PDF Generator module is compatible with PrestaShop version 8.x.x.
Features:
- This module is MultiShop compatible.
- Create/Set the layout of the custom PDF.
- Filter the order list by Custom PDFs.
- Generate multiple custom PDF for a single order.
- View, Download and Send the PDF to the customer via email.
- Generate custom PDFs of multiple orders together using Bulk Action option.
- Add Negotiation Status.
- Update Negotiation Status of the order from the order listing page of the module.
- Decide to show custom PDF buttons on the order details page of back office.
- Decide to show custom PDF buttons in the order listing page of back office.
Installation:
- Go to back-office ->modules ->Module Manager.
- Now, click on “Upload a module” button and select the module’s zip file.
- In this way, the module gets install on Prestashop.
You can also search for the module in the module list (Modules -> Module Manager) to configure it.
Module Configuration:
In the module configuration there are two settings given which you will need to configure as per your wish.
1- Show PDF button in admin order listing: If you choose to enable this setting, then the PDF generate button will appear in the order listing page at back office.
2- Show PDF button in admin order details: If you choose to enable this setting, then the PDF generate button will appear in the order detail page at back office.

Workflow:
After the module installation, a new tab “Custom PDFs” will get added in the PrestaShop back office (Orders -> PrestaShop Back office).
On clicking this tab, you will get further three tabs: Orders, PDF Preparation, and Negotiation Status.
Let’s understand each of it separately.
PDF Preparations
Under this section, you can create/add the custom PDFs and can view the listing of all created custom PDFs.
Add Custom PDF:
You will get a form on clicking “Add Custom PDF” as show below.
Orders
Here the list of all PrestaShop orders will appear.
In each order line, you will get an option to generate the custom pdfs for that order.
Suppose you have created two different custom pdf (from the PDF Preparation tab, will explain below), then in each order line you will see the list of all created custom PDFs and from there you can download the one or all as per your wish.
Once you have generated the PDF, you will further get an option to View that PDF, Download PDF and Send that PDF to customer via email.
In the Image shown below, a “Sample PDF” named pdf is downloaded for the order id 5.

Now, if you need to generate “Sample PDF” for the Order id 2, then click on “Sample PDF”, and it will get generated. Furthermore, you can View, Download and Email it.
If you want to generate the “Sample PDF 1” for the same order i.e. Order id 2 then press “Sample PDF 1” too. Both custom pdf will get generated for the same order.
Using the Bulk Action button given on this page, you can generate custom PDFs of multiple orders together. Furthermore, you can change status, view PDF, download PDF and send PDF to customer for multiple orders.
Negotiation Status:
In this section, you can create Negotiation Status and set them on the orders so that you can you can track the order with the status.
Add New Status:
You will need to fill some field in order to add Negotiation status.
