    Prestashop Mass Upload Pack Products

    Prestashop Mass Upload Pack Products module allows you to add/update pack products in bulk by uploading a CSV file.

    Admin can add/update the pack products in bulk to the store in multi-language. Importing pack products in bulk saves your time and makes inventory management easy.

    PrestaShop Mass Upload Pack Products module is compatible with PrestaShop version 8.x.x.

    Features of Prestashop Mass Upload Pack Products

    • Admin can add pack products in bulk to his store through CSV file.
    • Update the details of existing pack products in bulk via CSV file.
    • Upload pack products in multi language through CSV file.
    • Update pack products in multi language via CSV file.
    • Bulk upload product images via zip file.
    • A separate tab to view all the CSV files uploaded for adding/updating pack products.
    •  Option to indicate a field separator in which CSV file fields are managed.

    Installation

    1. Go to back office ->modules.
    2. Upload the module zip file.
    3. The module will automatically get installed on your Prestashop.

    Workflow of Prestashop Mass Upload Pack Products

    After the successful installation of the module, a new tab “Import Pack Products” gets added under Advanced Parameters. From this tab, admin can add or update pack products in bulk via CSV file.

    Add/Update Pack Products CSV

    To view the format and steps of uploading CSV file of pack products for adding a new or updating existing pack products as well as zip file of image, you can refer the points under “DOWNLOAD DEMO CSV”.

    For creating zip file of images, please follow the steps given below:

    1. Create folders of the images of different pack products and the name of the folders should be same as the name mentioned in Image Ref column of CSV file.
    2. After creating image folders, seller has to create a common folder of the name ‘product_image’ and keep all the folders in it.
    3. Now create zip file of product_image and upload it.

    Field Separator

    Admin can define the field separator to differentiate between the CSV columns.

    After uploading pack products CSV file, admin can view the details under “Manage Pack Products” tab as shown below:

    Under “Manage Pack Products” admin can:

    • View number of pack products added/updated via CSV file.
    • Download the CSV file.
    • Delete the CSV file.

    After uploading pack products CSV file, admin can view all the products added to the store under Catalog->Products.

    Further, admin can also upload pack products in multi language through CSV file.

    Similarly, admin can update the existing pack product by uploading a CSV file. CSV file for updating the existing pack products contains an additional field pack product ID.

    Note: In case of uploading a pack product via CSV, if any product Id does not exist in Prestashop catalog. A new product will be created in Prestashop Catalog.

    Furthermore, after uploading the update CSV file, admin can view changes done to the existing pack products via CSV file as shown below:
