Features
- This module is multi shop compatible.
- Delete button is provided in the ‘orders’ section.
- Also, very useful for the merchants who want to delete the test orders created for checking the workflow of the website.
- Admin can delete the multiple orders at a time.
- Delete related information like cart, invoice, delivery slip, payment history, and messages from an order.
- Delete order details or order with a particular order id of a linked order.
- Also, specify the status on which orders or order details get deleted.
Installation
- Go to the back office-> modules -> modules & services -> Upload a module.
- Upload zip file of “Bulk Order Delete” module.
- The module will automatically get installed on your Prestashop.
Module Configuration
After the successful installation of the module, admin can configure it by clicking on “Configure” button.
After the installation of the module, a ‘delete’ button gets added under “Orders”.
Furthermore, by clicking on which admin can delete the orders or the details related to it.
Delete Options:
Additionally, enabling the delete operation for the following settings will:
- Delete order – If enabled, then the order gets deleted from the “Orders” on clicking ‘Delete’ button.
- Delete cart from order – If enabled, then cart details will get deleted from an order by clicking on ‘Delete’ button. Suppose admin wants to delete the cart details of order # 12.
- Delete invoice from order – If enabled then invoice will be deleted from an order by clicking on ‘Delete’ button.
- Delete delivery slip from order – If enabled then the delivery slip will be deleted from an order by clicking on ‘Delete’ button.
- Delete credit slip from order – If enabled, then the credit slip will be deleted from an order by clicking on ‘Delete’ button.
Now, suppose admin wants to delete the order details of order # 14.
Order payment history – If enabled, then the payment history from an order will be deleted by clicking on ‘Delete’ button.
Order messages – If enabled then the conversation between admin and the customer regarding an order will get deleted.
Linked orders – If enabled then order details of an order or an order with a selected order id will be deleted.
