Prestashop Apple Pay, AliPay with Stripe Payment

• Firstly, go to the module manager in the back office and click on ‘upload a module’.
• After that, drag and drop the module file or select the file from the system.
• In this way, the module installation will be successful.

Admin need to have their account on Stripe Payment Gateway.

After logging in to the stripe account, go to the API section. Here you can get the secret key and publishable for the test as well as live mode.

After getting these credentials, you need to add them to the configuration.

Alipay & Apple Pay Settings on Stripe

To enable payment via Alipay & Apple Pay using Stripe credentials – You need to Activate Alipay & Apple Pay option on Stripe Dashboard.

Go to Payments -> Settings to Activate Payment via Alipay & Apple Pay.

Apple Pay Settings on Stripe

You need to add your web domain on Apple Pay Settings of Stripe using the stripe credentials. This will allow the Apple Pay option.

To do so, click on the configure button available for the Apple pay option.

After that, proceed to add a new domain.

Click on Add New Domain and a Pop-up menu appears. Enter your PrestaShop domain to enable payment via Apple Pay.

After successful installation of the module, the admin needs to configure it.

Under this tab, the admin can configure the payment methods he want to show on the front end.

Apple Pay Configuration

If admin enables Apple Pay payment option under payment configuration, then only Apple Pay Configuration will appear on the page.

Under Apple Pay Configuration, the admin can enable instant pay option for customers and select the pages where this option will display.

All the payment methods enabled by the admin will display to the customers on the checkout page.

Pay using Stripe

If a customer selects Stripe payment method and proceed to place an order, he gets redirected to Stripe hosted payment page. Here a customer can enter the card details and complete the order.

Pay by Ali Pay

A customer can also choose to pay via Alipay. In order to do so, he just need to select the payment option & proceed.

If the admin allows it, then a customer can also pay via Apple Pay.

Note –  This option will be available only on Apple devices.

To make this payment option available, you must save at least one card details on your apple device.

A customer can easily make payment via Apple Pay through saved card details.

Select the Apple Pay option to make payment via Apple Pay and the saved cards will be shown. Select the Card with which you want to make the payment.

After that proceed using Finger Touch validation on your Apple Device.

Instant Pay Demonstration

The Module also gives you an amazing functionality of Instant Payment or One Touch Payment.

Now you can see the Instant Pay option on the homepage, product page, and the category page.

If allowed in Module Configuration, Instant Pay option will be visible on Product Page.

After the installation of the module, a new tab Transactions gets available in Prestashop back office.

From here, the admin can view a list of transactions done via Stripe, Apple Pay, and Ali Pay.

Admin can refund full or partial amount to the customer.
