Installation of Opencart Guest Order
Installation of Opencart guest order module is very easy. Under the module zip, there are 3 folders admin, catalog, and ocmod. you just need to upload admin and catalog folders to the root directory of the website.
Once you have uploaded the file then login to admin and go to Extensions> Extension installer and upload the XML file. The XML file can be found on the ocmod folder.
For uploading the XML file go to the Extensions > Modification and click on refresh field.
In Admin panel go to System -> Users -> Usergroup and edit ‘Administrator’ and select all for both Access and Modify Permission then save it.
Under Extensions->Payments install the Opencart guest order module like this.
Configuration of Opencart Guest Order
The admin can click on the edit button to configure the module. From here admin can enable or disable the module. Admin can also enter the text for guest checkout, guest order link, and guest return link.

Front End of Opencart Guest Order
A customer can see guest checkout option on the header of the store. A customer who had made the guest checkout can click on guest order to check the order details or the customer can click on order return to see the return details.
Clicking on the ‘Guest Order’ a customer will receive a form. Here, customer needs to fill their email and the order number to check the order.
If the entered email and order number is correct then the customer will be redirected to the order information page. Here, a customer can apply for the refund.
The guest user will tap on the return button customer and will be redirected to the product return page. Here, customer needs to fill and submit a return form to provide the reason for return.
Now, while submitting the form a customer can click on the ‘Guest Order’ link to check the return status. Here, customer needs to enter the email and order number of the order for which return is applied.
After clicking on the return button customer will be redirected to the page where they can see return status, created date and return ID. From here customer can click on the view button to see complete details.
Tap on the view button, the customer can see the return details with product information and reason of return.
