INTRODUCTION

Navigate products easily with Odoo Website Product A-Z List!

Alphabetical order makes product sorting and navigation easier to improve the user experience. Further, the A to Z list helps customer search for a product in the alphabetical listing.

To add the convenience of the A-Z list, we created Odoo Website Product A-Z List.

The module helps the customers in product search with listing-based navigation. Moreover, the module allows managing the listing of products alphabetically. Further, the product listing aids in improving website SEO by providing internal linking options for the website.

FEATURES

• The Odoo admin can enable/disable the A to Z list from the backend.
• Odoo admin can also choose products to hide from the A to Z list.
• You can also choose the website on which you want to apply the changes. 

INSTALLATION

1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘products_az_list.’
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘products_az_list.’
7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

Moving to the configuration of the Odoo Website Product A-Z List.

CONFIGURATION

1. After installation, navigate to the ‘Website> Configuration> Settings.’

2. On the settings page, go to ‘Webkul Website Addons,’ find ‘Website: Product A-Z List,’ and click the ‘Configuration’ option.

3. In the pop-up, select ‘Website’ and click ‘Add a Line’ to add products you want to hide from the list.

4. Now, select the products from the all products list, and click the ‘Select’ button.

5. Once done, click the ‘Apply’ button to hide the products from the Odoo website.

6. On the Odoo website, click the ‘Products A-Z List’ option in the website footer.

7. On the A-Z list page, click on the alphabet to expand the list to view all the products in alphabetical order.
