User Manual for Odoo Website Grouped Product

Odoo Website Grouped Product Module allows businesses to offer multiple products as grouped products on their Odoo website. 

Odoo Website Grouped Products also simplifies backend management by treating each product separately in sale orders, ensuring efficient processing.

Customers can also easily adjust quantities or select all items with preset quantities, enhancing their shopping experience.

1. Create and Customize grouped products, combining multiple products into a single grouped product.
   
2. Easily adjust and update grouped products from the backend.
   
3. Set and apply default quantities for each product within a group.
   
4. Sale orders of grouped products are treated just like individual products.
   
5. Automatically detect out-of-stock products in the group. 
   
6. Customers can modify the quantity of each product in the group.
   
7. Each product in the group is processed individually at checkout for accurate inventory.

1. Once you purchase the app from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the module zip file.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘website_grouped_product’
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Apps menu and click ‘Update Modules List.’
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘website_grouped_product’
7. The module will appear in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

1. Install the Odoo Website Grouped Product module extension.

2. To create a grouped product, go to the products tab and click on the product you want to group with others.

3. After selecting a product, click on the “Is Grouped Product” option to enable the grouped product.

4. After enabling the “Is Grouped Product” option, add products by clicking the “Add Line” option. This action allows you to include multiple products and set default quantities of products. 

Website View 

5. On the website view, when the customer opens the product, the grouped product will display starting from the lowest price. 

• Click on SELECT ALL – to add the default Quantity to each product. 

6. The system highlights out-of-stock products in red and disables the option to add them to the cart.

• Click on RESET ALL to reset all quantities to 0 and start fresh.
