User Guide for Odoo Purolator Shipping Integration

Odoo Purolator Shipping Integration allows businesses to generate shipping labels in PDF, ZPL, and PNG formats. If a shipment is canceled, the admin can create a return shipping label.

It also enables users to create shipments based on dimensions and UOM (Unit of Measure) simplifying the shipping process for businesses, offering smooth and efficient shipping operations.

With Odoo Purolator Shipping Integration, businesses can track shipments using the reference number, making shipping management seamless.

1. Admin can create shipping labels in ZPL, PDF, or PNG formats within Odoo.
2. Odoo Purolator Shipping Integration allows businesses to manage shipping seamlessly.
3. Businesses can decide who will cover the shipping costs sender, receiver, or a third party.
4. Admin can also schedule pickups or drop off packages at Purolator locations.
5. A unique reference number allows users to track shipments easily.
6. Admin can get real-time shipping rates based on package details and destination.
7. In Odoo Purolator Shipping Integration admin can easily cancel shipments when needed.
8. Users can quickly generate return labels for a seamless return process.

1. Once you purchase  App from the Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the module’s zip file.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘purolator_shipping_integration’
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open  Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘.’
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘purolator_shipping_integration’
7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

1. After installation of  module, Navigate to configuration>>Shipping methods>> Purolator
   

2. Admin can configure delivery settings and Purolator shipping information in the Extra tab.

3. They can enable option of Use International for international shipping if deliveries are to be made outside Canada.

4. Additionally, the admin can configure Purolator pickup type choose the label format (PDF, ZPL, PNG), and specify the dimension of UOM (Unit of Measure).

5. While adding shipping in quotation, real-time rate calculation is performed.

6. Once quotation is confirmed, a delivery is created.

7. Admin places items into the pack.

8. After packaging, the shipment is validated.

9. Shipping labels are generated in selected format (PDF, ZPL, PNG).

10 . Admin can also download labels, print, and return labels.

11. Admin can track shipments using the shipping number.

12. In Odoo Purolator Shipping Integration can be generated in different formats.

13.Shipments can also be tracked via Purolator using  shipping number.

14. Admin can cancel a shipment if required.

15. If a shipment is validated for return, a return shipping label will be generated.

16. In Odoo Purolator Shipping Integration admin can choose label types to print (e.g., product or lot/SN labels) for improved tracking and organization.
