INSTALLATION 

1. After purchasing the app from the Webkul store, you’ll receive a link to download the zip file of the module.

2. Once the download is complete, extract the file on your system. You will find a folder named ‘pos_receipt_design’.

3. Copy and paste this folder into your Odoo Add-Ons path.

4. Open the Odoo App and go to the Settings menu. Click on ‘Activate the Developer Mode’.

5. Next, navigate to the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List’.

6. In the search bar, clear all filters and search for ‘pos_receipt_design’.

7. The module will appear in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to proceed with the installation.

WORKFLOW

CONFIGURATION

1. Under the Point of Sale module, select ‘Receipt Designs’ from the Configuration tab.

2. Here, click ‘NEW’ to create a new receipt design.

3. Enter the Name and XML code for the receipt, then save it.

4. After that, navigate to ‘Settings’ under the Configuration tab.

5. Select the POS Shop to add the Receipt Design.

6. Scroll down to POS Interface and check the ‘Use Custom Receipt’. Then, select the type of Design that needs to be implemented on POS.

POS OPERATOR VIEW

1. After the POS Operator validates the bill, then the custom format of the receipt can be seen. Also, below is the first default receipt design.

2. This is the second default receipt design.

3. The next image portrays the third default receipt design.

4. Below is the fourth default design of the receipt.
