User Guide for Odoo POS Internal Notes

    Updated 10 January 2023

    INTRODUCTION

Add a message in orders via Odoo POS Internal Notes!

Customers often want a note or message on a POS slip or receipt to remember something or for other purposes. But by default, Odoo POS doesn’t allow entering internal notes on receipts or slips. But we can help you with this.

Odoo POS Internal Notes permits you to add internal notes on POS receipts or slips. POS users can attach the message while taking an order for internal purposes. In addition, you can print the internal notes on receipts too.
